I'm so grateful for the wonderful service I received from Brian today! He answered all my questions and even helped me with the decision making process on other services. Dignity did a great job explaining services rendered and they came out in less than 24 hours! This place was recommended to me by a former customer and now I will add myself to the list of satisfied clients who highly recommend.
Jeremy was great, got is on the schedule quickly, arrived on time and gave us a text while on his way. Had parts on hand to repair our water softener immediately, and explained everything to us. Showed us the broken part and did not try to upsell us on anything unnecessary. We scheduled a follow up appointment to do additional work on some maintenance items.
Shane quickly identified our plumbing leak and had it repaired quickly. He is very professional and communicated what he was going to do. Nicole from customer service was also polite and professional. She was able to get us an appointment within a few hours of first call. I would not hesitate to use Dignity Plumbing in the future
