Jeremy was great, got is on the schedule quickly, arrived on time and gave us a text while on his way. Had parts on hand to repair our water softener immediately, and explained everything to us. Showed us the broken part and did not try to upsell us on anything unnecessary. We scheduled a follow up appointment to do additional work on some maintenance items.

I reached out to Dignity Plumbing for a leaking sink. They responded really fast and sent someone out asap. Jeremy was great!! Jeremy was kind, knowledgeable and had great customer service skills. He explained exactly what he was doing and took the time to answer all the questions I had. I would definitely recommend Dignity Plumbing to anyone looking for a plumber. Excellent Customer Service in getting appointment set up & then quick results rearranging the Technician’s schedule so he could complete the job the same day. Impressed with the Technician’s knowledge and efficiency in completing the task. The job was completed timely & the grounds were left looking pristine! Couldn’t be more pleased. I can't begin to express my gratitude! Shane came out same day I had a hot water tank leak and accessed the situation. Honest and professional. Estevan and Jeremy not only installed a new one the next day, exactly on time, with obvious expertise but in a little over an hour. Wow! They worked with my financial situation and I want anyone reading this to know how kind, honest and caring they were. Dignity is certainly one of those companies a customer can rely on for life!

I would like to thank you for sending Joel Taylor to me. Joel came on the 5th and we went over what he would need to do, came back on the 6th with everything needed, and removed my old solar water heater ( 2 tanks ) system and installed a new hot water heater, all on the same day! Joel was also a very professional and nice person. Thanks again!
