We had Mike come and called on a holiday weekend and he was there very fast and the communication was awesome. His service was GREAT and he was fast and cleaned up the mess after. He was also very kind and helpful to show me the cause and ways to make sure this doesn’t happen again

My Hot Water Line that connects from the water heater to the Master Bathroom cracked somewhere underneath our house. It flooded our walk in Master Closet that sits behind the Master Bathroom. Discount Plumbing arrived quickly, and repaired it in the same day! So thankful they were able to resolve this issue so quickly! Thank you Discount Plumbing!! Oh my GOSH! I called Discount Plumbing Friday morning around 10:00 as there was water spraying by the water heater. The girl answering the phone was so pleasant and said the repairman would call and be there around 2. REALLY! We were so grateful. Mike Phillips, the technician showed up. He was very pleasant and friendly. He went right to work and had the work done in no time at all. Plus he checked a couple of other issues we had questions about. We liked him a lot! For sure we would call them again. We give them a 10!

We’ve been a satisfied customer of Josh and Discount Plumbing for years. They always do an excellent job, and are there when you need them. Today, Brodie came to replace the water lever in our shower. Brodie took a quick look, advised us that the lever needed to be replaced. Unfortunately, he didn’t have the replacement but said that he would try to locate one here in town, with the worst case scenario being that it may need to be ordered. An hour later, Brodie was back with a smile and the replacement lever in hand. Fifteen minutes later, the job was done, and we are thrilled. Thanks Brodie - and everybody at Discount Plumbing!
