Kirk is the man! He responded quickly and came out to look at an issue with my vent stack. He and his partner took extra time to troubleshoot the problem, target the leak, and come up with an affordable solution that didn’t involve tearing the whole house apart. Got everything back up and running the same day! Above all that, he believes in great customer service and I highly recommend him for any plumbing work in our area!

Kirk is a true professional who loves his job and values his customers. I called late one night because I suspected that my main water line was frozen from this past weekend and he was extremely kind and immediately let me know that he will try to make it to me ASAP. I knew this is an usually cold season and understood that he had a lot going on, but he made sure to keep in contact with me every step of the way and it made me feel that he really cared and was trying to get to me. Luckily, my line thawed and I no longer needed his services, but he went above and beyond and called me to make sure I was doing ok. As a first time homeowner, it's really difficult to navigate home repairs, and Kirk made it feel friendly and easy, and I will definitely be reaching out for any future repairs!

Kirk did a large job repairing some shut off valves and copper pipe corrosion. He was prompt, upfront, and communicated along the way. He gave a low/high estimate as there was some uncertainty with the shutoff next to the meter working, and he clearly outlined the costs and work to be done for the prices before I agreed to the work. I appreciated the professionalism and great work! Can't recommend enough.
