Not sure how this company has got 4 and 5 star reviews but I am absolutely LIVID at the quality of job I paid for as well as pricing. Subcontracted them to install a 3 piece shower and hot water heater and run drainage. I knew it would be more than the Home Depot $389 kit and expected it to be from a professional company. Parts charged $2020 labor $2080 total $4100 I think me and my 8 year old son coulda tackled this project and had the finish work turn out better. They left the work area messy, screws not sunk, cuts in my baseboard and Sheetrock and paint unfinished. Pics attached. Maybe they’re good at a minor leak or clogged toilet but I wouldn’t have them do this job again if it were 1/2 the price.

We were having a problem with our entire house having water back up into our drains. Lee explained everything, in detail and gave us options. The service was fast and thorough. We were pleasantly surprised by price. I’ll definitely be having them back!

We have had Double S Plumbing come and install 3 toilets recently. They did a great job. They hauled the old toilets away, and left everything nice and clean. I was getting new flooring installed, and Double S Plumbing came when I called, so they could co -ordinate with the flooring guys. They went out of their way to come when I needed them. I have used them for emergencies when I had a leak under my sink, and when my water tank went out. I would recommend them, and use them for all my plumbing needs.

Wish I could give them 10 stars. They have been one of the best, most responsive companies we've ever worked with. We had a leachfield failure that was flooding, Lee & his crew came out immediately & helped us figure out our options. I can't tell you how many times they went above & beyond what we expected, they were just amazing. Working with them made a pretty awful situation totally manageable. These guys are the best.

I needed some outdoor propane plumbing done. Double S responded quickly with a fair bid, arrived when they said they would, and did an excellent job. They were fast, friendly, high quality, and fair priced. I highly recommend them.

I had them install gas line drops in a new construction home. The employees were friendly but wouldn't give me a price (pricing varied) and made it sound like it would be quite reasonable so I added a few additional drops. I was surprised to get the bill and find they were substantially more than the others I had talked with. After installing the lines, I requested a copy of the gas drawing for the inspection. I didn't receive a response but apparently, the employee had sent it from a personal e-mail address and it had gone to my spam folder. He did resend it when I reached out again. Later, I ended up failing the gas line inspection since it wasn't holding air. I reached out but never heard back from the installer. I ended up tightening the test gauge, which seemed to be where the leak was coming from. It held air and I was able to pass the inspection.
