I’m completely disappointed in the service we received today. The dude took 1/2 hour to diagnose a problem then spent another 1/2 hour working up an estimate for us. Handed us a bill for $350 for an hour service call and then told us he would not give us an estimate because they were so back up they couldn’t do the job. I would highly recommend AGAINST calling Drain Doctors for any need you might have. One star is too many.

Very prompt! They arrived quickly and were professional. Our toddler had backed up the commode with a piece of plastic and they were able to fix it promptly. Dion was great! Thank you!

Jared and his team was very nice and professional he instilled a new water heater when my old one went out a few days ago.They got the job done fast so my kids would have hot water again. I would recommend them to any one that need any plumbing issues done!!!
