I will never recommend this company to anyone. Yes, they were the cheapest, but you get what you pay for. The day of my sewer long replacement the issues started. First, they cut a hole in my basement floor where they expected the sewer line to be, and surprise it wasn’t there. They ended up figuring out that my sewer line wrapped around the back of my house. I guess at that point the excavator operator quit because the guy running the crew had to hop on the machine and ended up digging my side/back yard all up. Weeks later I had to call everyday to get a crew out to replace my sidewalk that got tore up (I understand the sidewalk had to be tore up, but it shouldn’t be my responsibility to harass the company to get it fixed). I was also told once the sidewalk was done that if I wanted the forms out, I’d have to do it myself. The crew leader told me that they would come out and put down fresh top soil where my yard got dug up, and now months later I keep getting the same old “you’re on the schedule, we will be out there this week” and they never come out. Not to mention that since they’ve been here I have been having trouble with my French drain in my backyard. Not sure if it’s related or not, but I’m sure weight of the excavator on it had something to do with it. If you need cheap service then go with this company. BUT IF YOU WANT GOOD SERVICE, DONT! The only good person I dealt with was the initial guy that came out to quote the job. All photos are months after the job has been finished.

From Ryan, who came out to give us an estimate to the crew that came out and did the job everyone was very professional. Would definitely recommend drain magic to everyone. I received two estimates and both beat the first and only estimate from another company who was not very professional. If I could have given Drain magic more stars, I would’ve.

Their work is good but customer service afterwards is frustrating. If you need to speak to someone directly you won't be able to and they may not get back in touch with you until you call again and insist.

Horrible customer service and the manager will not return your calls when your concerned about their crew driving over my property on TWO different days when I'm not the one getting work done, my neighbor did. And they didn't ask for my permission to use my property to drive their small backhoe onto. They left rocks on my side of the fence line, and of course didnt clean them up, so I'll have to before mowing so I don't ruin my mower. Avoid using this company.
