Drain Surgeons

This company was the worst to work with. Was originally sent to us from our home warranty for a sewer issue that we had. Communication was horrible. Their lack of professionalism caused my house to be flooded after they didn’t show up for an auger appointment that was scheduled and because of that, the problem persisted and became worst. When I called to ask why they didn’t do the service they told me because they messed up on the services and the wrong service was ordered on their end causing a miscommunication and caused my home to be flooded. After the fact, they were terrible in working with getting paperwork sent to us on work they did. This should not have taken so long to send. We had to send documentation to our home owners insurance company so they can fix the flooding and this company took ages to respond. Had to message them multiple times only to be bounced around between people not wanting to take responsibility. Never working with these people again. So unprofessional.

I had a different plumber come out and try and clear a clogged drain and after many attempts he couldn’t do it. After calling drain surgeons, they fixed the issue right away. Fast service and quality work!!

Found this company through a home warranty company, they did indeed replace our disposal and the guy was nice. However, he had to come back to my home three times. The pipe kept leaking is the reason for him returning multiple times. The leak got fixed though so that’s good. The biggest reason I’m leaving this review is because he did not unplug our dishwasher drain outlet. Two dishwasher cycles later I see a pool of water build up. Luckily we figured out that was the reason pretty quickly, but wanted to share because of the hassle this was to get a simple job done. So now, a job that should have been maybe 1.5 hours at the most took up half my day and days later came back to take more of my time to remedy.
