Dream Team - Plumbing, Heating, Cooling, & Electric

We had an incredible experience with Dream Team Plumbing, Heating, and Electric. Eric came out first to do the diagnostic and was so realistic about the situation. He was friendly, honest, and really took the time to explain everything that was going on with our electrical system. He walked us through the plan step by step, what would be installed, and made sure we understood every part of the process. He even fixed a few outlets in the house that weren’t even included in the original work. When it came time for the installation, Liam came out to help with the outside electrical box and the wire connecting our house to the PECO line, while Eric handled everything inside, replacing the main electrical panel in our basement. They were both professional, respectful, and super easy to talk to. This was a huge decision for my girlfriend and me, but Eric and the team made the whole process painless and stress-free. Can’t thank them enough. Highly recommend Dream Team — 5 stars all around. Talk about a Dream Team — Eric and Liam were like Jordan and Scottie out there 

We had an outstanding experience with Dream Team in Havertown. On 2/14/2026, Home Depot delivered our new oven but refused to hook it up because the previous homeowner had installed the wrong outlet—it was a dryer outlet instead of a proper range outlet, and it wasn’t up to code. I called Dream Team later that same day after Home Depot left, and in less than 24 hours they sent Erik Speck out on a Sunday. The call had been coded as an emergency service request, and while it might not have sounded like a true emergency at first, Erik asked if we really needed Sunday service. I told him yes—we couldn’t wait until Monday because we had no way to cook—and he immediately agreed to come out. That level of responsiveness meant a lot. Erik replaced the outlet, installed a new breaker in the basement, made sure everything was fully up to code, and thoroughly tested the oven. He took multiple photos and showed clear evidence that the system was tested and working properly, so we wouldn’t have to deal with any further issues with Home Depot. It was honestly above-and-beyond service from start to finish. The service was expensive, but it was absolutely worth it for the speed, professionalism, and peace of mind. We would definitely use Dream Team again and highly recommend them to anyone who needs electrical work done right.

Nick V. was absolutely amazing! He showed up on time, fixed the problem quickly and perfectly, and was super friendly the entire time. What really stood out was how happy and positive he was while working he explained everything clearly, answered all my questions, and made sure I understood what was going on. You can tell he genuinely cares about doing things right and making sure the customer is comfortable and satisfied. The whole experience was smooth, stress-free, and honestly better than I could’ve expected. If you need a plumber, ask for Nick V.
