Not only did Dan respond in a timely fashion, but he was here to do the work within days. My hot water heater was dying. In a couple hrs I had a beautiful new heater. I'm very pleased!

We lost hot water in our home. This guy came out ASAP and helped us out. The cost was well under what other plumbing companies quoted us at. The old tank had to be removed. We had a totally unrelated failure of our heating system. Concerned it might’ve been related to the plumbing job I reached out. He brought us over space heaters after hours. He arranged a HVAC guy to come out with him the following morning. They got everything up and running. It turned out to have had nothing to do with the plumbing job that was done and they tried to not charge me. Big thanks to you guys. Exceptional service. Above and beyond. 100% would recommend.

They helped me out in two occasions, once in very short notice in order to deal with an emergency. Really great service and reasonably priced. I feel lucky we in Lewisburg have this plumbing service in town.

The first time I used DT plumbing, I was thoroughly impressed by the responsiveness of the business to address our urgent needs to have our sump pump in our septic tank replaced.  Dan was great when he was here, very polite and courteous and did a wonderful job at a great price! I decided to keep them in mind for my future plumbing needs. My husband and I decided we wanted to have a water softener installed and so I contacted DT Plumbing again for this service. This time, we had many issues, from not getting contacted back to schedule a quote, then not showing up at the scheduled time, then not contacting me back about the quote after he did come out to my house. I gave them 2-3 weeks (when they said it would be a few days to get everything together), then called back about the quote. I got a response that they were basically too busy to deal with me and they could not help me at this time. I could understand and would have respected it if that was the initial response to getting the quote, however, I waited almost a month with no response just to be told they would not help me. I understand that the spring season can get very busy, however, I was disappointed that they did not at least tell me how long it might be before they had an opening, even if it was months from that date. Overall, I know DT Plumbing does great work at a great price, but after this experience, I am unsure whether or not I would use their business in the future. EDITED TO ADD: I spoke with DT plumbing about installing the water softener and they were able to get me an estimate promptly. They were able to get me on the schedule for this service, and I am happy to report that it is now installed and working beautifully! Communication was a but rough, but I think they are just very very busy and overwhelmed. I greatly appreciate your business!! Thank you so much!

I recently met / worked with Dan at a project in Danville PA. I excavated a trench for Dan to install a sewer line for a new construction pool house project. Dan was fun to work with and his work was nice and neat!
