Our son recommended we contact Dual-Temp for a heating issue we were experiencing. From our initial phone conversation with Kim, who was so kind and personable, to our service technician, Edgar, our experience was top-notch. Edgar was terrific! He explained every detail of our heating system, which is old, to the cause of the problem and what our options would be moving forward. Edgar was extremely knowledgeable and provided some very helpful options for us from a financial perspective, which we appreciated very much. Would absolutely recommend their services to anyone looking for HVAC services.

I had been dealing with a problematic install of a new HVAC system for over a year. The company who did the install had been to my home countless times and continued to insist that all was fine every time they visited. I am so glad I decided to reach out to Joe and his team. Joe, David and Patrick showed true communication skills in that even though I described ALL of my issues to Joe (who came to my home initially on a Sunday - wow!) - he was able to relate every detail to David and Patrick seamlessly. They found leaks, broken parts and laid out two options for me that were fair, and reasonable. They even moved appointments around to accommodate my unique situation. They also reprogrammed my thermostat, which the previous company told me I'd have to hire a "professional" to do that for them. Their entire system is based on customer service, from the texts that detail when and who would be arriving to relaying industry terms and repair needs in a way that's easily understood. Punctual, courteous and knowledgeable, they are LEAGUES above the company I hired prior. I'm very happy that I found and hired Dual Temp. They are a refreshing change from what I was used to. Definitely give them a shot if you're looking for HVAC work that's professional and done right.

All I can say is that Patrick “ the service tech “ was one of the most friendly , knowledgeable and thorough techs I have ever had to my home. We had heard that DualTemp was a great company to deal with. And our experience confirmed that assessment. We had to service our oil furnace and Patrick did a thorough, professional job and explained in sufficient detail the operation of the entire system. He was the best HVAC technician that has come to our house! We were also impressed with Dual Temp’s office and support systems. They were easy to deal with for a new customer, well informed on their services and delivered what they said without any hassles. Obviously a well run company! Patrick was knowledgeable, and took care of the problem in a timely fashion. Of coarse the problem was a result of not having a maintenance contract. Never again. Duel Temp is my new company of choice. Update: David, and the team here today addressed a number of problems that Patrick identified on the emergency vist. A new oil tank was installed and a number of outdated, poorly functioning parts were replaced. I don't think I've ever heard the furnace operating so quietly. David explained to me that Dual Temp offers a combination heating and AC service contract that I will definitely be taking the company up on, after I've had a couple of months to bounce back on the finances.

Entire crew did a phenomenal job from start to finish. All showed great knowledge and skill in their trade. Dual Temp came through in time of of need to get an old fuel oil tank, And fuel oil line replaced, Just days before an open house showing. They Promptly scheduled the work for the very next day after it was determined that the tank was in need Replacement. Can't thank them enough for their responsive help on this one.

I am overwhelmed with gratitude for your service done by Patrick. You ended my long time misery with dishonest, lazy, rude “services “from no longer professional or trustworthy companies. Thank God for Patrick, his dedication, skills professionalism , perfection and honesty . For many years my furnace was chocking from not being properly cleaned or ever assembled correctly after provided so called maintenance. This was a most pleasant experience. Todd is the best in all areas of this transaction. No detail was overlooked. From the beginning Todd greeted us and introduced his team and kept us apprised of what they were goung to do and how long it would take. Since we would be without heat overnight they provided electric heaters to keep us warm. Dual Temp is a class act from beginning to end.
