Our son recommended we contact Dual-Temp for a heating issue we were experiencing. From our initial phone conversation with Kim, who was so kind and personable, to our service technician, Edgar, our experience was top-notch. Edgar was terrific! He explained every detail of our heating system, which is old, to the cause of the problem and what our options would be moving forward. Edgar was extremely knowledgeable and provided some very helpful options for us from a financial perspective, which we appreciated very much. Would absolutely recommend their services to anyone looking for HVAC services.

I had been dealing with a problematic install of a new HVAC system for over a year. The company who did the install had been to my home countless times and continued to insist that all was fine every time they visited. I am so glad I decided to reach out to Joe and his team. Joe, David and Patrick showed true communication skills in that even though I described ALL of my issues to Joe (who came to my home initially on a Sunday - wow!) - he was able to relate every detail to David and Patrick seamlessly. They found leaks, broken parts and laid out two options for me that were fair, and reasonable. They even moved appointments around to accommodate my unique situation. They also reprogrammed my thermostat, which the previous company told me I'd have to hire a "professional" to do that for them. Their entire system is based on customer service, from the texts that detail when and who would be arriving to relaying industry terms and repair needs in a way that's easily understood. Punctual, courteous and knowledgeable, they are LEAGUES above the company I hired prior. I'm very happy that I found and hired Dual Temp. They are a refreshing change from what I was used to. Definitely give them a shot if you're looking for HVAC work that's professional and done right.

All I can say is that Patrick “ the service tech “ was one of the most friendly , knowledgeable and thorough techs I have ever had to my home. I felt totally comfortable with the work he provided and having him here servicing my oil burner . I will ask for him by name next year. Thank you Patrick. Have a GREAT Holiday!!!
