Eagle Plumbing 1 LLC

We just had Eagle Plumbing perform a a difficult repair to our in-floor radiant heating system. Ben Serna, an employee of Eagle Plumbing, performed the repair. Ben worked for close to ten hours in two days to do the work. He is, without doubt, a hard working employee. He never loses his concentration and when he encounters an obstacle, he figures it out and moves on. We are thoroughly pleased with the work performed by Ben and the Eagle Plumbing group. P.S. Dony, the original owner of Eagle Plumbing, installed all of our plumbing when our home was built in 2001, 2002. He would be so pleased of the company today.

We love Eagle Plumbing! Fast, responsive and always able to fix any plumbing issue you can imagine. We also love that they are local, family owned and really care about their customers and their experience. Every encounter is a positive one. Our recent experience with David Meredith was no exception. We sent him over to my elderly parents place to deal with a serious clog in their plumbing and not only did he fix the issue, but David took the time to have a great conversation with my dad while he did the work. That's the kind of people I like doing business with! Someone who takes the time to show how much they care. Thank you David and thanks Eagle Plumbing!

**Update** Original technician was able to come out to troubleshoot the issue. Still no hot water for today.. still frustrated this wasn’t checked on the first trip, but glad he eventually came back. Raising to 4 stars. ———————— The good: Technician was early to appointment. Seemed knowledgeable on this issue we were having. Quickly got to work. The frustrating: Technician left at 10:30am to retrieve parts… to fix hot water lines 1:40pm.. still no update. I had to call the office to see where the technician was. Technician called me back right away to let me know he was on his way… this was conflicting with another appointment I had scheduled for this day & it would have been nice to have better communication. I had to cancel my other personal appointment in order to accommodate the plumber. Technician made it back, installed part, I paid & they left promptly without ensuring I had hot water, so to my surprise an hour later, I noticed I had no hot water. I called the office to see if someone could come back out… The office was all smiles & reassurance that someone would swing by after they finished another job in the area. Nobody as I type this has stopped by & their offices are closed. Very convenient! Boy, what great customer service to leave a customer without hot water & just say, “Sorry, it’s quitting time… just enjoy your cold water!” I’ve lost money here… I would not recommend this company unless they go above & beyond to correct this. If they do, I’ll gladly fix my rating & review. Please know. I’m a real person writing this… who works a job & just needed their hot water line fixed to do things like take a shower, or wash my dishes & expected it to be done the day it was scheduled. That didnt happen & I’m left completely disappointed & frustrated & $450 poorer.
