When we moved to East Falls, we paid for new appliances to be installed: washer, dryer, dishwasher, and refrigerator. Unfortunately, we didn’t have the right hookups for these and the installation people wouldn’t take care of it. They told us to call a plumber. We reached out to three different plumbers: the first guy told us we had to rearrange our kitchen and spend upward of $3,500 to do so. We could not get the second guy to provide an actual estimate in writing. Then came Bill at East Falls Plumbing. He was AMAZING. He came when he said he would, he made sure we understood everything he was doing, his pricing was transparent totally on par with his estimate, he took care of the work quickly and efficiently, AND his two guys who came along to do the work were super kind and conscientious. We have cats, and they closed the doors behind them, pet our cats, and even showed a few pics of their own. Oh, and a few days after the guys came back to do the installation of the appliances, Bill even texted me to make sure they completed the work sufficiently. It meant a lot to us. They won us over for good. Any time I have a plumbing issue of any kind, I’m calling Bill at East Falls Plumbing. I rarely write reviews but these guys are that good.

Replacing all plumbing under the sidewalk is not an exciting prospect for new homeowners. After getting several quotes, East Falls Plumbing offered me the fairest price for a professional job. Bill was easy to communicate with, and his team were quick and efficient. We can rest easy knowing our plumbing is repaired. I know who I will call next time I need a plumbing job!

My water heater died on me this week and I was referred to East Falls Plumbing & Heating. Bill and his team from East Falls Plumbing replaced my steam boiler and water heater in December/January 2024-5. When my old steam boiler failed, I contacted a number of companies to get quotes (selected based on Google reviews), and I settled on East Falls because they responded quickly and professionally at a time when it was cold and I had no heat. And they had specific expertise in working on steam boilers, according to their website. I was completely satisfied with the high quality of their work, their punctuality and professionalism, their level of expertise and knowledge about the specific steam heat and water heater issues, and also very importantly, their personable, helpful and respectful way of interacting with me, the customer. And I appreciate the advice they gave me on these repairs. I recommend this company very, very highly. I have told all my friends and colleagues to consider using them for their heating and plumbing needs. I feel so lucky to have found them.

I found them using a google search on a Thursday. When I called I gave my name, address and availability. Two plumbers came the next day during the hours I provided. They took a look at my toilet. They fixed my toilet in 10 minutes, this included removing calcium build up to improve flushing and replacing the flapper to stop the running. The price was reasonable. They plumbers were knowledgeable, professional, efficient and nice. I will definitely be using this company again!!

Had an ongoing toilet issue that was getting worse, but the repair was handled quickly and professionally. Everything flushes perfectly now, no leaks, and the plumber made sure everything was working properly before leaving. Solid toilet repair service and very easy to work with.

Bill is the best. He knows what he is doing and gets it done. His crew is nice and respectful of your home. They are knowledgable, reasonable and no nonsense. I have had multiple complicated plumbing issues in a very old home. He figures out what needs to be done and does it well.
