The service was incredibly efficient—he worked quickly without cutting any corners, and the quality of the job was outstanding. What impressed me most was how he went above and beyond to make sure everything was working perfectly before leaving. It’s rare to find such professionalism and dedication these days. Carter did a great job of fixing my broken water heater. He was professional, knowledgeable and very courteous. He diagnosed the problem with the WH and found that the needed parts were located in Gilbert, AZ. I'm in Maricopa, AZ, Carter drove to Gilbert, AZ and then returned with the parts in order to finish the job before the day was over. I really appreciate the extra effort that Carter showed in order to get the job done on the same day. It's great to have hot water again !! I would recommend Carter and Echo Plumbing to anyone.
