I was so impressed with Shelby! She was very thorough and took her time to explain things to me. Other technicians have complained about the tight spot that they need to crawl through to get to our unit but Shelby said it was no big deal and its just part of the job. I will most likely be requesting for Shelby to be the tech to come to our home from now on! We highly recommend her!

So far my first time working with them has been excellent. From the initial emergency visit within two hours of requesting them, to a same day estimate for repairs. Text updates, friendly and professional guys, they will be continuing work on the property soon and I will update this when finished. Interesting the quote for repairs says “*this is an estimate-actual total may be higher”. I wonder if it’s ever lower???

Billy did a great job answering all of my questions. He was quickly able to diagnose my boiler issue. The pricing was a little high in my opinion but the work was completed in a timely manner. My only complaint would be that the technicians should have additional fittings and equipment on the vans like vises. He did reuse a few fittings from the old pump because he did not have new ones on the van. He also needed to use my shop vise to remove the old fittings. I was without heat and they came through for me when other companies told me they couldn’t see for me a week. I would use them again in the future.

Shelby was so knowledgeable and courteous. She found the problem right away and she repaired our oil furnace with ease! She found what numerous techs were unable to do! Not only did she solve the problem but treated us professionally and respectfully. She is a five star technician and we were very impressed with her skills in troubleshooting and technical expertise. Thank you so much for going extra steps to help us on a very cold day in January 2026! Our furnace is functioning so well now! We will recommend her in the future to our friends and family. Highly recommend! Brian was very professional, friendly, and always on time. He came out to fix a leak from the upstairs bathroom that had started showing through the ceiling below, and he knew exactly what needed to be done right away. He took the time to cover and protect everything before starting the repair, worked efficiently, and made sure the issue was properly resolved. When he finished, he cleaned up thoroughly and left the area neat. Communication was great throughout the process, and it was a smooth, stress-free experience from start to finish. I would definitely use his services again.

Employee was kind and performed assigned tasks. HOWEVER when the AC was turned on the following day the owner noticed the thermastat increasing inside temperature while the AC was set lower. There was definately an issue. On Sunday the homeowners son noticed the outside AC unit was'nt running. The power box was open and what looked like a circuit was left on top. The homeowners son connected this piece and the unit turned on. The inside temperature instantly became cooler. Was not happy!

David and Nate were an absolute blessing and did the work professionally and cleanly. The team lifted heavy parts through a narrow entrance to our attic without damaging anything. David showed us how to work the thermostat and even called us back over to it and reviewed it again before leaving. We have no problem recommending Edwin Stipe for courteous and fast response with the qualifications to do the job correctly!

Brian and Nate did a fantastic job, they were on time, very polite and knowledgeable. They were very efficient and also kept a very clean work space. When they were complete one would have never known an AC unit was replaced. Great job!!
