I was so impressed with Shelby! She was very thorough and took her time to explain things to me. Other technicians have complained about the tight spot that they need to crawl through to get to our unit but Shelby said it was no big deal and its just part of the job. I will most likely be requesting for Shelby to be the tech to come to our home from now on! We highly recommend her!

So far my first time working with them has been excellent. From the initial emergency visit within two hours of requesting them, to a same day estimate for repairs. Text updates, friendly and professional guys, they will be continuing work on the property soon and I will update this when finished. Interesting the quote for repairs says “*this is an estimate-actual total may be higher”. I wonder if it’s ever lower???

Billy did a great job answering all of my questions. He was quickly able to diagnose my boiler issue. The pricing was a little high in my opinion but the work was completed in a timely manner. My only complaint would be that the technicians should have additional fittings and equipment on the vans like vises. He did reuse a few fittings from the old pump because he did not have new ones on the van. He also needed to use my shop vise to remove the old fittings. I was without heat and they came through for me when other companies told me they couldn’t see for me a week. I would use them again in the future.
