The techs, John and Bruno were so informative and very efficient this morning when they arrived. They worked together as a great team and I was impressed by their beginning follow through with a quick text and phone call. John sent a picture of himself, so I would know who would be arriving. These men went right to work in solving the clog problem in our home by flushing the main line with their equipment, They also knew right away that the clog was in the lines inside the home, and hadn't made it out to the sewer line in the yard. From the first phone call to the end of service everything went smoothly and professionally! I highly recommend using this company. 10 STARS!

I would be wary before calling these guys to do any work for you. They completely took advantage of me. I asked Electric Drain and Sewer Rooter to come and hydro-jet a french drain that runs across my property. They showed up, spent approximately 10 minutes jetting the drain, told me it was flowing well again, charged me $500, and left. At the time, I thought it was expensive, but at least they were efficient. About 10 weeks later, I find my french drain clogged again. This time I decided to clear the drain myself using a drain snake. This is when I realized that the technicians from Electric Drain had done a phenomenally poor job. There was 30+ feet of tree roots in the drain (see photo below)!!! Feeling disappointed in the service I received, I called the company to share my experience with them. This is when things became unbelievable. I asked to speak to someone about a potential refund, and I begin chatting with Mike. Mike sternly informs me that they won't be issuing any refund because they have previously been to the property (prior to my ownership) two dozen times and that the roots grow back every summer. He told me in the past they have pulled out 60 feet of roots or mud and rocks. So naturally I ask, "Why didn't your technicians spend more than 10 minutes and try to get the 60+ feet of roots out of the drain?" and Mike tells me "Well how are we supposed to know what's in the drain and what is clogging it?" BECAUSE YOU JUST TOLD ME YOU HAVE DONE IT 24 TIMES BEFORE! I don't know, you are the drain experts, I expect you to fix the drain issue when you say that is what you will do! Especially when you know exactly what the problem is because you have dealt with 24 times before! To think that these guys showed up and took my $500 knowing full well that they didn't even remotely try to clear anything from the drain, still irks me everyday. Sure, I asked them to come and hydro-jet the drain. But why would they not explain the situation to me and make an honest recommendation, or at least spend an adequate amount of time to do a quality job, rather than just happily taking my $500 for doing nothing. I hate the fact that I let these guys con me out of my money.
