Element has been fantastic to work with. Anthony was our tech on the most recent visits and he was great. Even made a late night trip when our water heater was having issues. They were super upfront about costs and gave us several options and then let us choose which route to pursue. Everyone I've ever worked with from the office staff to the technicians has been very professional and quick to get done whatever we needed.

These guys did a great job. Pros: very polite, professional, know what they're doing (unlike some other plumbers we've had over). They cleaned out the pipes, fixed small other things they found, took off the toilets, put them back on, cleaned up, explained what they did, gave before and after pictures, had financing options, listened well, did the camera thing down the drains, hydro jetted and chain whipped. If you have plumbing problems these guys are very capable of solving them. The main guy had 40+ years of construction experience and several years in plumbing itself. One thing that was a con for me: the price was steep. Even ai claimed it was above 20-30% above the usual. But the results are great. I don't think we will have any plumbing problems for a long time.

Anthony from Element is amazing. So helpful and thorough and did everything in his power to make sure I was taken care of. After my old toilet was reset after construction in my home, my toilet no longer worked. He found the problem and ended up replacing my toilet and all is working perfectly and he was so kind and fast and cleaned up everything all nice. I am a member with Element and everyone I have seen come through from this company is 5 star.

I just moved into the home. So I needed a one stop shop for repairs. I’ve only made it up to the estimate stage thus far but I can say that the team at Element are very thorough and friendly. I had Anthony and Jason out here taking a look at the HVAC and plumbing, and they did a fantastic job at explaining what does and doesn’t need to be done. On time too!

Anthony, Jason, and Trevor came out for my annual HVAC inspection and plumbing inspection. I was able to schedule both at the same time to minimize appointments and people in my house which I loved. They were super clean, respectful, and very quick to get the inspection done. They also found a couple of things I wasn’t aware of and were able to fix them quickly. I also had a couple of Plumbing problems that I remembered about when they got here and they were able to fix those for me which was very convenient.

We just moved here permanently to St George and we needed multiple things done and Element Plumbing, Heating, & Air popped up first on St George word of mouth. Dustin and Anthony were super professional and meticulous on keeping everything clean. They hooked up our 6 person sauna, vented and installed an exhaust fan for the sauna, installed top of the line water softening system, and lastly a 6 stage reverse osmosis system to have the purest filtered water. They were a quick turnaround and went above and beyond to help us out (they even took all our moving boxes to their dumpster). Strongly recommend this business. We will be customers for life! I have never found a plumbing, heating and electric service company that has respond and actually showed up and got the job completed less than 24 hours after contacting them. Anthony was very polite and did such a clean instal with no mess left for us to clean up. I couldn't say enough to describe how happy we are to have called them. Fair and honest pricing. Anthony and Bladen from Element Plumbing, Heating and Air did such a great job installing our water softener. They both were friendly, professional and clearly took pride in their work from start to finish. We appreciated their attention to detail and they even took off their shoes when they came into our home and made sure that everything was cleaned up before they left. They also took their time to throughly explain how the water softener works and answered all of our questions. Would recommend this company 100s over! We woke up to a major plumbing issue this morning and had no idea who to call. My husband put it out on Facebook and this company had several high recommendations! John the owner messaged my husband around 6:30 am and had his guys at our home a little after 8. Plumbing issues are never fun and hard to navigate what to do. His guys, Anthony and Jaimie, made it super easy and were extremely professional and knowledgeable. They will definitely be our go to for any and all plumbing issues! Thanks guys!
