Element Plumbing, Heating and Air

Element has been fantastic to work with. Anthony was our tech on the most recent visits and he was great. Even made a late night trip when our water heater was having issues. They were super upfront about costs and gave us several options and then let us choose which route to pursue. Everyone I've ever worked with from the office staff to the technicians has been very professional and quick to get done whatever we needed.

These guys did a great job. Pros: very polite, professional, know what they're doing (unlike some other plumbers we've had over). They cleaned out the pipes, fixed small other things they found, took off the toilets, put them back on, cleaned up, explained what they did, gave before and after pictures, had financing options, listened well, did the camera thing down the drains, hydro jetted and chain whipped. If you have plumbing problems these guys are very capable of solving them. The main guy had 40+ years of construction experience and several years in plumbing itself. One thing that was a con for me: the price was steep. Even ai claimed it was above 20-30% above the usual. But the results are great. I don't think we will have any plumbing problems for a long time.

Anthony from Element is amazing. So helpful and thorough and did everything in his power to make sure I was taken care of. After my old toilet was reset after construction in my home, my toilet no longer worked. He found the problem and ended up replacing my toilet and all is working perfectly and he was so kind and fast and cleaned up everything all nice. I am a member with Element and everyone I have seen come through from this company is 5 star.
