Regan and team were absolutely awesome in helping us get quickly set up with a new hot water heater, water softener and also installing plumbing and a sink for the garage. After doing a lot of research, we went with Element due to the excellent information and customer service from Regan and Joni (and everyone else we’ve talked to), and we are excited to have the membership to help us maintain our home better and more seamlessly than we’ve done in the past.

My husband and I had Regan and Jack come to our home for services. My only regret is that I didn’t call them sooner. We needed both shower filters replaced because the hard water in our home had ruined them. Regan was so knowledgeable about the water in our area, and how harmful it is to our skin, body, home etc. She was able to explain things very well. We ended up getting a reverse osmosis system and a hybrid water softener/Home filtration system. We immediately felt the difference on our skin. Jack serviced our AC/heater unit. He is also very knowledgeable in his field. We ended up updating our much needed thermostat as well. He was so good at explaining and making sure we understood how to use it before he left. Both Jack and Regan We’re so helpful, and made us feel like important customers. Regan signed us up for the yearly membership so that we could get a discount on today and future services. We are so glad that we called Element for the services we received today.

Drew Jason And Jack. With Element HVAC Went above and beyond to get our new Rooftop Heating and Cooling package Unit replaced .They started around noon and knocked it out same day. We had other contractors give us their pitches but after consulting with Drew From Element I knew Element was the best choice.. I’m particular about craftsmanship. After telling Jack what I expected with the Duct Work, he went above and beyond to satisfy my Expectations. Customer service is obviously Important for what they do. Choose Element. You’ll be Glad you did.

Pros: they chain whipped, camera searched and cleaned out all pipes. Very polite. Very professional. And he explained it a way with before and after pictures that it almost got me interested in plumbing. They absolutely know what they're doing. Honest, straightforward. Great service. We also didn't have to wait. They basically came the next day and worked on it all day. Our pipes will be clean for a very long time. And I don't think we will have any more clogged toilets problems in the near future unless we do something crazy (like our toddler flushing baby wipes down the toilet). I also got the feeling they could solved any issues where other plumbers in the past have failed us, scammed us, or just put a quick band aid on something where they weren't able to identify the real issue. The guy had several decades of construction experience and it showed. The only con I want to mention is that it was a lot of money. I don't take a $8,000+ charge lightly. Chat gpt claimed a job like that should have cost no more than $4,500-6,000. I know ai can be wrong sometimes. And they do have financing options including a 0% interest for 12 months, so that lightens the burden. But it's still steep. Having said that, and ending on a good note: I'd rather pay a bit extra to professional competent people who know what they're doing and prevent future costs than getting someone from the previous companies we've had that gave us a deer in the headlights look when we showed them our plumbing issues. These people were amazing.

Element Plumbing was great to work with. Dustin, Anthony, and Jack came to my house to give me a bid to re-drain the entire house, and they were extremely detailed and thorough. They really went above and beyond to make sure the bid was accurate and that everything was clearly explained. They replaced all of my drain lines along with the branch lines and did an excellent job. They were very time-oriented, stuck to the schedule, and even worked late nights to keep things on track. They kept everything clean and organized and always wore booties when coming into the house, which I really appreciated. Super knowledgeable crew I highly recommend Element Plumbing.

Jason and Geraldo came out this morning and removed our old heater and ac unit. Then replaced it with a new one. Their professionalism and attention to detail are far above expectation. They’re efficient work enabled us to have our new system up and running by the hottest part of the day Thank you for the great job Rodger Taylor

Drew was exceptional during a recent furnace tuneup. He explained all the looming issues with our 20+ year old HVAC system and pros/cons of a full system replacement vs replacing individual parts preemptively or as they fail. I appreciate that he didn't try to upsell and was a wealth of information about my equipment and it's current condition. He provided a thorough written description of issues and provided multiple estimates for full system replacement as well as part replacement. Would highly recommend this technician from Element.

Jack and Jason Smith did an outstanding job of replacing our old furnace to a new variable speed unit, at the same time they did a fantastic job in installing a new heatpump/AC unit. Pretty nice to see brother's work together and did it extremely efficient. The guys were very courteous to my wife and myself, as well as our home and our dogs! Highly recommend these guys anytime you need heating or air conditioning work done!
