Regan and team were absolutely awesome in helping us get quickly set up with a new hot water heater, water softener and also installing plumbing and a sink for the garage. After doing a lot of research, we went with Element due to the excellent information and customer service from Regan and Joni (and everyone else we’ve talked to), and we are excited to have the membership to help us maintain our home better and more seamlessly than we’ve done in the past.

My husband and I had Regan and Jack come to our home for services. My only regret is that I didn’t call them sooner. We needed both shower filters replaced because the hard water in our home had ruined them. Regan was so knowledgeable about the water in our area, and how harmful it is to our skin, body, home etc. She was able to explain things very well. We ended up getting a reverse osmosis system and a hybrid water softener/Home filtration system. We immediately felt the difference on our skin. Jack serviced our AC/heater unit. He is also very knowledgeable in his field. We ended up updating our much needed thermostat as well. He was so good at explaining and making sure we understood how to use it before he left. Both Jack and Regan We’re so helpful, and made us feel like important customers. Regan signed us up for the yearly membership so that we could get a discount on today and future services. We are so glad that we called Element for the services we received today.

Drew Jason And Jack. With Element HVAC Went above and beyond to get our new Rooftop Heating and Cooling package Unit replaced .They started around noon and knocked it out same day. We had other contractors give us their pitches but after consulting with Drew From Element I knew Element was the best choice.. I’m particular about craftsmanship. After telling Jack what I expected with the Duct Work, he went above and beyond to satisfy my Expectations. Customer service is obviously Important for what they do. Choose Element. You’ll be Glad you did.
