We had a clogged drain that would not budge. I looked around and Elite Rooter Plumbers had very good recommendations, so I reached out to them. Once we made the connection their service tech was here in less than a couple of hours. It was Christmas Eve/Day on top of that, so we really needed our kitchen and sink to be working. The plumber's name was Nate T. and he was super nice when we met at the front door. Also very respectful of our home when he came in. He figured out our problem right away, brought in a machine and started working on it. The home is about 24 years old and that sink had never been 'cleaned out' before, so I'm sure there were years of buildup in our pipes. He unclogged the system and also made some very good suggestions on how to keep this from happening again. Their fee for the fix was very reasonable, and they did not charge extra because of the holiday. I will definitely call on them again if we have other services that need to be done. Thanks again, Nate. You saved our Christmas dinner!

amazing service. Nate and Jesse showed up within a few hours of talking to the scheduler and right on their scheduled time. From the moment they showed up - nothing but professionalism, courtesy, communication, etc. I could feel the empathy that they both showed to my wife and I given a tough situation. Turns out what I thought was a simple clogged laundry drain was a huge problem with a broken main sewer line under the house which allowed rocks and sand to clog the line. They went through the cleanouts and began excavating the line. They worked until dark and made sure that we had alternative means of getting and using water until they showed up the next day to diagnose the issue and fix. Showed up right on time the next day with the most advanced tools and experience to remedy the issue always looking for the most efficient yet effective way to solve. Really impressed with Jesse and his communication style and years of experience in these complex problems. Would choose these guys again in a heartbeat. Nobody wants these issues - and there aren't cheap solutions once you are under your house in a slab build situation...but, once you have them, you want a team that knows what they are doing and care for your situation. Elite Rooting was really great.

Elite Rooter exceeded my expectations after some initial miscommunication with their office staff regarding scheduling. After the technician, Henry, walked through my door, the situation became much less stressful. I had water pooling on my condo’s bedroom carpet, and there was no way to shut off the water without also shutting off the water to three other units. I first had a plumber from another company come out, who didn’t do much but said the walls were dry, it was probably a slab leak, and I needed a precision locator to come out to find it. All the other companies I called had a minimum wait of 4-5 days before someone could come out, but Elite Rooter had Henry come out first thing in the morning. Henry was able to quickly identify that the water was actually coming from pipes leaking in the walls, which were in fact wet, including from the unit above me. He even had a precision locator professional join him to ensure that there was not a leak underground. Henry and his co-worker, Erik, did a great job getting the pipes fixed, working with the unit above, and offering some optional services to prevent a similar issue with nearby pipes in the future, which I appreciated. They were able to offer discounts on what I needed and were incredibly friendly. I also want to thank their manager, Josh, for his understanding and kindness while I vented to him at the height of my frustration, before Henry was there to help. Josh ensured the rest of my experience was very smooth. All of this happened over the las two days, so I’ll try to update if there are any unexpected changes in the future, but based on my experience so far I would highly recommend Elite Rooter.

I had an issue that water leaking from my dishwasher that was causing water to pool up in my sink. I thought this may be a very complex and expensive issue but Soro diagnosed and solved it for the advertised $44. He was very honest, personable and trustworthy. Would highly recommend.

Disposal was leaking. Called Elite at 6:45 in the evening within 20 minutes Soro, the technician called saying he was on his way. He was able to identify the issue. He came back the next morning at 8:30 like he said he would and was able to replace the disposal in no more than an hour and left the area clean, no mess. Thank you Soro for being so thorough and timely. We truly appreciate it!
