Had an overall great experience with this company. Both the owner and the two technicians were kind and professional. Called on a Sunday after a big snow, and they came out without issue the next day. Super happy with their responsiveness. The two gentleman that came out were successful at unclogging our pipes to ensure draining could continue and not back up in our basement bathroom. Only loss of one star due to miscommunication of a follow up visit. The two gentlemen requested we schedule a septic system clean out and that they would come out as well to ensure everything went smoothly and there were not further clogs. While they were still at our home I called the other company to come out and chose a date and time that worked for the gentlemen to also return. All seemed normal and we were set to meet in two days time. During the next appointment I got a call from their owner that due to some miscommunication no one from their team would be coming out, however, the owner stated if any issues occurred (not draining) again he would be out the same day to help resolve them. No issues happened thankfully, it seems whatever work they completed the first time did do the trick and we are good to go. We would use this company for their services again and just ensure we clarify all communication to avoid any misunderstandings in the future. No harm done, since the job they were originally were hired for was completed and is still showing results.

Emmett the owner was super helpful and insightful. Called him at 1am with an emergency backup and he helped as much as he could, walking me through ways to prevent damage, deal with the problem and figure out a solution. Would recommend his services. You are in good hands with this company

Emmett showed up within 20 minutes of my call last Sunday and unclogged in his words “the worst clog he had seen in years” He was very knowledgeable and willing to attack the problem. Friendly and fairly priced for an emergency and weekend call.

I am shocked at the 4.7 review. I gave one star for getting same day service. The second star is because the owner seemed genuinely sorry. First, two guys showed up and had no supplies or tools - well they did have a saw but had to use our battery. Took 3 holes in my ceiling to find the pipe. He had to go out to buy a standard piece of piping. Installed it using our tools and our extra pvc piping. The repair leaked so he had to go back out again to get more parts!! Took them 45 minutes each time. He cut so much piping off to fix the broken piece that it wouldn't connect to our toilet upstairs, and he left it like that! We had to install an extension. Charged me $550. I wanted a receipt for proof for our insurance claim. He promised he would drop it off the next day since he didn't have the receipt book with him, of course. After 3 days I called the owner for a receipt and to inform him of our experience. He was going to drop it off the next day, but couldn't. The following day, I just asked him to mail it. After a week i called to follow up on the receipt. He forgot and would send it that day. Luckily I didn't need it because I still never received the receipt. The whole experience was something wild. The owner did apologize and I do believe if he was able to come do the job, this would not have been our experience. Hopefully he is able to find better help that is prepared and professional.

Edit: Owner called and left a couple apologetic voicemails. I appreciate the sentiment. Doesn’t change our experience, but it seems he’s done better for others. Issue: Sewer drain backup (unresolved by this company) Pros: Same-day service. I called at 6:30, they arrived at 10:30. They did at least try to solve the problem. Turns out it was bigger than a simple snake could solve, which was the extent of their capabilities. Cons: Unprofessional, unprepared, and rude. Cash only. Details: Showed up in 2 sedans, claimed all vans were in the shop. Had some equipment, but were missing multiple tools. Owner Emmett repeatedly interrupted me, dismissing questions and concerns. He was constantly shouting and swearing at his two assistants within earshot of my kid. At one point he wanted me to provide my own labor during a cleanout attempt. He claimed he'd "never failed in 45 years," but was unable to diagnose our problem and made a mess in our basement. Thankfully I had several tarps of my own on hand or they would have tracked sewage across a newly installed carpet. By the end, he kept insisting that he was pissed off about not solving the problem. Said he'd be pissed if the next plumber we called fixed the problem quickly. I think he was prepared to leave without pay, but I gave him some cash to pay his employees. Probably the only time I've ever been truly distrustful of a person hired to service my property. Felt like they needed constant supervision.
