Emet Plumbing was dispatched through our insurance company to locate and repair a leak in out system.We could hear water running in the house. BJ and Michael arrived Around 2:30 PM we were thier last call of the day. they determined the leak was an outside stop waste valve and started digging. What was a simple repair turned into a project. The guys worked diligently in inclement weather upside down in a hole for the next 6 hours. Always maintaining a positive attitude focused on getting my service up and running. They could have easily shut it down for the next day. Good job gentlemen!

AVOID EMET PLUMBING AT ALL COSTS!!! Allstate is infinitely better!!!! Allstate plumbing was fantastic. Came did the job in 15 minutes start to finish with no fuss no drama no hoops to jump through didn’t stab me in the back or claim I owed them out of pocket said they didn’t even need the hole in the wall or to change any shower kit. STAY AWAY FROM EMET PLUMBING which is a SCAMMER COMPANY (trying to get $220 out of pocket when it’s covered by warranty co) who were the exact opposite on the same job, who came back 3 times, said I needed a large hole in my wall, new plumbing fixtures but said I can only have Chrome, lied and lied and lied about me even stabbing me in the back claiming I was rude lied that I hung up on them which I didn't, just lies and troubles and drama and even made strange rude comments on my Christmas decorations, worst plumbers ever and never got anything done, SAME EXACT JOB!!! Allstate said I didn't even need the hole in my wall!!! Thanks Emet only losers blame their customers for their failures. But that’s exactly what Emet plumbing did! They blamed and attacked me whatever way they could after leaving my bathroom torn up for a month. Emet plumbing are LOSERS, LIARS, and TERRIBLE PLUMBERS!!! I honestly think they aren’t even certified/licensed plumbers after everything they put me through. Allstate is your best plumber by far!

We hired EMET to replace a pressure-reducing valve (PRV) and a water heater expansion tank, and had a great experience. Richard, the service technician, was knowledgeable, friendly, and professional throughout the entire process. He took the time to clearly explain the work, walk us through the individual components, and help us make informed decisions. After completing the installation, he thoroughly tested everything and checked for leaks to ensure it was done correctly. We really appreciated his attention to detail and quality of work. I've had a lot of work done on my home because of how poorly my townhome was originally designed and built, and I haven't had a single bad experience with any of the techs from Emet. They're very professional and very efficient. Most of my issues have been plumbing or HVAC related so I ended up signing up for an annual plan with Emet. I feel much more at ease knowing that my home is being taken care of. Thanks Emet!

Extremely unprofessional. We scheduled service through our insurance company and were told the claim was approved. However, the company refused to proceed unless we paid an additional $1,500 out of pocket. When we contacted the insurance company, they confirmed the work was approved. The lack of communication and unwillingness to honor the approved claim wasted our time and left us without the service we needed. Very disappointing experience.
