This is the 5th me I've used England's Plumbing and they have always done an excellent job. They arrived when they said they would and did the work needed, no muss, no fuss. They are professional and do a great job. Considering the recent weather and all of the problems it's brought, they got to us very quickly and resolved the problem the same day. Thanks guys!

Recently had a tankless water heater installed by England’s plumbing and Heating. It was a very positive experience through the entire process, from the initial conversation and quote from Charles to the installation/cleanup. Charles also let us know about rebates from PECO and a possible federal tax credit we might have otherwise known about which will result in significant additional savings for us. Would highly recommend England Plumbing and Heating to others.

I've been using England's Plumbing and Heating for years and have always been pleased at the service. They've done a number of different jobs at my house and each time, Charles has been great to work with and as has his team. The difference between them and the large plumbing service companies couldn't be bigger.

We had a toilet leaking into the sub-floor below it. I pulled the toilet off and found the flange was not in great shape and decided I wasn't sure about fixing it. England's picked up the phone on the first call and said they could have someone over within the hour (unlike the other places I tried). It turned out to be a simpler fix than I had feared and they were done very quickly. I feel like it was more expensive than it maybe should have been but they were upfront about the costs and I think they did a good job so I can't fault them for that. It was ~$500 to (I believe) put in some kind of stabilizing bracket, new wax ring, reseat the toilet and check for leaks. Work comes with a 2 year warranty. You know what they say, pick two: speed, quality, price. In short: fast, quality work but possibly on the expensive side.

Water heater was leaking. They came by within 30 minutes to give an estimate, then set appointment after 2 scheduled calls, showed up on time, installed new heater, cleaned up and were done that afternoon. Very professional, fair price and quality work. Highly recommend these guys.

Owner was rude and unwilling to make any meaningful effort or accommodation to get someone in ASAP for an emergency leak fix. I let him know that I was going to call around to see if I could find someone who could do it sooner. He was nonplussed by that and became antagonistic. First impressions count for a lot.

Great experience on a tankless water heater from the initial quote through the install and clean up. Charles came out quickly after my inquiry to get the pricing for my options. The price was very competitive after receiving three other quotes. After we accepted the estimate, they were able to get me scheduled just a few days later. The installers showed up on time and were very professional (wore shoe covering without asking, etc). I was told the removal of my old tank and the install of the new tankless would take about 4 hours. It was 4 hours on the dot that they were pulling out of my driveway. They showed me how to use the tank and gave me some tips on cleaning it. They also cleaned / returned the area and my house as if they hadn't even been there. Highly recommend this service from England's.
