We were struggling with hard water issues, Adin came to our home and conducted a free water quality test, as well as providing a clear and detailed explanation of the results. He demonstrated just how poor our water quality was and took the time to answer all our questions, ensuring we fully understood the impact. We decided to move forward with installing a water softener. The difference has been remarkable, it has really improved the feel of our water, and helped make everything so much easier. This was one of the best home improvement decisions we’ve made, and we’re incredibly grateful to the team at ENT for their professionalism and quality. Recently I hired a professional to install a water softener in my home, and the entire process went smoothly from start to finish. The technician arrived promptly, introduced himself, and thoroughly explained the installation process. He took the time to assess the current plumbing setup, ensuring that the water softener would be placed in the most effective location to maximize efficiency. Very respectful gentleman who took the time to make it easy fir me to understand even though I do not understand much of what they do, definitely reccomend!
