I can’t say enough good things about Eric’s Plumbing. I called Eric after discovering my hot water heater was leaking, and he immediately jumped into action. Within 45 minutes, he drove from Spanish Fork to American Fork with all the necessary supplies—no delays, no excuses. Even more impressive, Eric and his crew had the entire hot water heater replaced in under an hour. Professional, efficient, and incredibly knowledgeable from start to finish. Amazing service, best price in town—hands down, and an all-around great experience. If you need a plumber you can trust, Eric and his team are the best there is. Highly recommend!

Richie came to replace my kitchen sink, disposal, and faucet along with updating the piping from my kitchen to the basement. He'd previously done other work on my house, and I appreciated having him come again because I trust him and knows he does good work. Everything was installed correctly. His work was clean and professional. He made sure I liked how everything turned out, and I do!

I've hired Eric's twice now, both experiences were excellent. I would highly recommend them for both planned and unplanned work. I hired them to plumb sewer connections in my unfinished basement. Chris and Dillian were wonderful to work with and got the job done quickly and cleanly. Their work easily passed inspection. I also had an emergency repair of a gas line and water softener. Richie and Ian got a new system installed and fixed the gas leak quickly.

I don't have any photos to share, but I wanted to give Eric's Plumbing a huge shout out. My 4 yr old grandson decided to put at least 1/2 a roll of TP in the toilet and then flushed it. Obviously overflowing, the husband & I spent a couple of hrs trying to plunge & snake without success. Called our favorite plumber, he came out & was able to clear it quickly. Eric's Plumbing has come to our rescue on several occasions over the years. I will remain a repeat & loyal customer, because they are professional, respectful, reasonably priced & get the job done right the first time. There aren't enough stars to select! Our family was beyond satisfied with the service and care offered by Eric and his partner Fred. One of our water heaters began leaking yesterday. I called Eric late in the afternoon and he walked me through how to drain the affected tank to prevent further damage to our carpet. It was a timely solution made easy thanks to his guidance. He also offered a very reasonable price on the replacement of both heaters, as they had each exceeded life expectancy by 3 years. He adjusted his schedule and arrived bright and early this morning to do the replacement. Not only did they replace the water heaters, he also cleaned out our clogged drain and helped fix a stiff toilet flush handle. It was quick, informative, and professional. I am so glad we chose Eric's Plumbing for this service. We are blessed to escape a potential worse tragedy only having had to take 1 cold water bath :). Thank you Eric and Fred!

Rickie (or was is Richie) was absolutely fantastic. He was very helpful, kind, and polite, and he communicated clearly with us the entire time. We originally called him out for an issue with our shower, but he also took the time to check our water heater and inspect all the plumbing throughout the house, including the bathroom and kitchen sinks. He kept us informed of any potential issues he noticed along the way. What really stood out was how well he explained his process. Since the exact issue wasn’t immediately clear, he walked us through the order in which he planned to try different fixes—starting with the least invasive and least expensive options first. He was upfront about the likelihood of needing a more costly repair and made sure to get our approval before moving on to the next step if something didn’t work. We never felt rushed or pressured. He also made sure we felt satisfied before leaving, was great with our dog, and wore shoe covers to protect our floors, which we really appreciated. Overall, Rochi was extremely professional, friendly, and clearly very capable. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

Eric's Plumbing is fantastic! They are skilled, professional and give great service at a fair price. They saved us thousands over the other two plumbing companies for our water main replacement a couple months ago. We called Eric's Plumbing again for a low water pressure issue. Dillion was great! He was very thorough in his assessment and addressed a couple other issues. He explained the issues and possible repair options. We needed to replace the kitchen faucet. Dillion had one on the truck and repaired it right then. He did a beautiful job and we love the new faucet which was very reasonably priced. We enjoyed chatting with Dillion while he worked. After completing the work he went the extra mile and made sure everything was spotlessly clean which I really appreciated. Awesome company! Awesome plumbers! Eric’s Plumbing is the real deal. I had a nightmare main sewer line issue and got a bunch of quotes—Eric’s was easily the best price, and the quality didn't suffer for it. They drove all the way out to Ogden and just knocked it out. They even helped me out with a few extra things while they were on-site, which I really appreciated. No stress, no hidden fees, just great work. If you’re looking for someone honest who won't overcharge you, these are your guys.
