Hunter did an excellent job. He was so easy to work with and was very detailed in what needed to happen. He not only did a great job, but he eased my nerves of the pressure in hiring a company to do a huge plumbing/sewer job. I would hire back Eric's Plumbing again. I would request Hunter but many from Eric's actually worked their tails off at my house, even the owner, Eric. If I had more plumbing needs, I would take any of them. The office people were detailed and easy to work with as well. Thanks so much!

Weston came and did a fantastic job. Very nice and even hauled the old items away. He replaced my sink and faucet and garbage disposal. Also switched to one drain from two.

As much as I don't like having to call a plumber to come fix something, having Eric's Plumbing come was so much better than I expected. Our technician was Weston. He was courteous and professional. He told us exactly what we needed without trying to push more services on us. Weston explained everything he needed to do in a way that was easy for us to understand. My wife and I will definitely call Eric's Plumbing the next time we need a plumber. Thanks Weston. You did a great job. And another thing I that like about Eric's Plumbing is that they are NOT part of the big plumbing conglomerate that own most of the plumbing businesses in the western states. They are a mom and pop kind of business that still provides excellent service with plumbers who seem to know what they are doing. I like that. We support local small businesses whenever we can.

Ian and Dillon were so professional. They applied booties to protect my floors. They were very professional, knowledgeable and skilled. They corrected a faulty install and then cleared the clog that resulted from the slow drain. Cannot say enough about how professional and yet resonably priced this company is. Thanks again. We have had mediocre to bad plumbers in the past and thought that that was just the industry norm. We learned with Chris and Eric’s plumbing that that is not the case. They are incredible with reasonable pricing. Chris has always took the time to make sure he understands what we need and then takes the time to make sure we understand. He makes sure we understand the cost of everything before beginning any work and then works very quickly. We have a plumber for life and was happy to sign up for their VIP membership to help us with discounted annual services for our tankless water heater! Highly recommend this group!

Water heater installation went smoothly. Technicians were professional and the work was completed the same day. We ran into some logistical issues, however, the office team and owner were very customer focused and willing to work with us and we were very pleased with the outcome and their response time was prompt. We appreciate the service and would use Eric’s again for future needs.

My water main line to my house broke. I called 3 companies for quotes. Erics was the most competitive of the 3 plumbing companies. They were friendly from the get go and sounded like they cared. One of my stipulations is that I needed them to be able to work with my homeowners insurance which they did! Amber and Dee in the office are friendly and kind. CHRIS, the guy that oversaw the project was extremely personable, caring, professional and had a listening ear. The owner Eric even stopped by to say hi and to make sure I was happy with the job and the outcome. They cleaned up after themselves really well. During the job they ran through some of my sprinkler lines and sprinkler wire and they sent a sprinkler company to fix it free of charge. All I can say is this company is ran by good people that care and if you're debating between Eric's or anyone else go with Erics, they did an outstanding job for my family!!!!! Thanks!
