Dan was probably the nicest and smartest techs since I've been with your company. He explained how everything works as questioned. He explaining and asked for our input and how some things we needed done or assistance with. It should be good to know as a company you have some excellent workers. Us customers do apprectiate it and I think he should be recognized for his great work and attitude Thank you

I left the company a message describing my situation on Sunday evening. I received a text immediately stating they’d contact me first thing Monday morning. They did. In today’s world that’s a plus. After a brief discussion I was told someone would be here after lunch. My technician Joe, got here before lunch. And they keep you informed via text until the tech is at your door. I like that. Joe was very polite, and knowledgeable. Had my problem diagnosed and fixed quickly, including running for a part. He then did preventative maintenance on the heater which hadn’t been done in a while. I’m impressed with Joe and the Essig group. Peace of mind for a reasonable price.

Phil was so great in helping me! I had a frozen, busted pipe… it took him less than 30 seconds to locate, less than 30 minutes to repair and told me future preventative measures to take in case of extreme cold weather again. He also helped me locate the shut off valves for the specific area. He was very knowledgeable, helpful, and professional.
