Dan was probably the nicest and smartest techs since I've been with your company. He explained how everything works as questioned. He explaining and asked for our input and how some things we needed done or assistance with. It should be good to know as a company you have some excellent workers. I left the company a message describing my situation on Sunday evening. I received a text immediately stating they’d contact me first thing Monday morning. They did. In today’s world that’s a plus. After a brief discussion I was told someone would be here after lunch. My technician Joe, got here before lunch. And they keep you informed via text until the tech is at your door. I like that. Joe was very polite, and knowledgeable. Had my problem diagnosed and fixed quickly, including running for a part. He then did preventative maintenance on the heater which hadn’t been done in a while. I’m impressed with Joe and the Essig group. Peace of mind for a reasonable price.

Phil was so great in helping me! I had a frozen, busted pipe… it took him less than 30 seconds to locate, less than 30 minutes to repair and told me future preventative measures to take in case of extreme cold weather again. He also helped me locate the shut off valves for the specific area. He was very knowledgeable, helpful, and professional.

Jake did a wonderful job. We were very pleased with his work. Jake replaced the tubing from the pumps and added devices to keep the pumps clean. He placed the tubing in such a way that it no longer looks obtrusive. Kudos to Jake for a job well done!

When Joel arrived at my residence, he was prompt, courteous, kind, and professional. He diagnosed and repaired my issue quickly. I was not very happy with the diagnosis from the tech. It was totally incorrect and I pretty much figured out what my own issue was by myself. Very nice, courteous tech But I would suggest some additional training. This is the first time I have done business with this company. Although I was not happy with the upfront situation, I will say, this company has the absolute best communication and support network that I have ever experienced with a plumbing company BY FAR. The scheduling staff was nothing but courteous, pleasant and extremely accommodating. I am sure I was a pain with having to reschedule a couple times but you would never have known. I wish I knew her name,so I could recognize her outstanding customer service.Totally awesome communication and appointment reminder system. So I had the pleasure of speaking with Jim about my situation and again, he was very professional, knowledgeable, and he took the time to talk through my issue. It was a very good conversation and he did the right thing as a professional. I was very appreciative and grateful for these actions and that is why I provided this rating, and I will say, I absolutely would do business with them in the future and would recommend this company to anyone. I can clearly see why they have been in business this long. Good to see there are still the good companies out there that value the customer with integrity.

Amazing and friendly service. My technician Joe was incredible. He was polite, had wonderful explanations for my questions and used terrific analogies to break down the info he was providing. Had them come out for an annual inspection for heat and cooling. Company was clear from the beginning on what was covered and I felt no pressure on any upselling of services. Just straightforward information on what preventative measures could be put in place to increase the life of my system. Will absolutely use them in the future and will recommended to anyone.
