My experience was great from the beginning. In the discovery part, they took the time to review, test, and plan the best option for my situation. I feel like they were on my side, looking for the best that fits my expectations and giving a professional opinion. The execution of the plan was excellent. In my case, a few things on my front lawn needed to be disturbed, but they did their best to preserve most of it without compromising the service that needed to be done. Highly recommend, take the time to talk with them and ask all the questions that are needed to make the best decision

We have used Expert Services multiple times and are always completely satisfied with their work. I like that they offer free estimates and can schedule you very quickly. Chandler helped us replace our water softener and bathroom faucets and did a really good job and made sure everything worked properly. I highly recommend this company. Everyone is very nice and professional.

Chandler and team came out and did a thorough review of our two 40 gal tanks and offered multiple solutions. They also found a bad pressure release valve that had our house at an unsafe 80 psi. Booked the install and everything was installed — a tankless system and new water softener — in the same day. Solved some venting challenges as well. Has been a week and everything seems perfect! Would recommend!

Chandler was great at servicing our tankless water heater and explaining the very likely consequences of not having a water softener installed alongside the tankless heater. He was quickly able to address all other plumbing concerns, as well as installing the water softener, all of which was unexpected on the initial call. Additionally , he helped to coordinate another specialist to come inspect our drainage system for potential repairs. All in all, I greatly appreciated his thorough response, informative/educational conversation and friendly banter while he worked.

I can highly recommend John at Expert Services. He came out to my house several times and completed challenging work and I could not be more pleased.
