Perfect installation of a tankless water heater and water softener with a carbon filter. Installation was smooth, quiet, and clean. Special thanks to project manager Spencer, Kenneth, Braxton, Cody and Lynette. I definitely recommend EZ Flow for any and all plumbing issues. I also had a main line from the street to the house replacement last year. The professionalism, pricing, attention to detail, and time for completion were all above and beyond. We would give this company a 10 star rating if we could. They are absolutely amazing. From their committed employees to their superior work ethic, which we thought was long gone. What a welcome change! Our initial internet inquiry received an immediate telephone response from Christy, who was very friendly, professional and funny. She made us feel at ease and comfortable working with the company. She immediately set up an appointment for us for the following day. Ken came the following day, again very friendly and professional, looked at the project, which consisted of installing new water and sewer lines into a small closet in order to install a stackable washer and dryer. He gave us a fair, very competitive quote in writing. We followed up with Efren, who was again friendly and professional and scheduled the work. Manny and his brother Elias came and did the job, again very friendly and professional. There was a slight hiccup, but Ken came right out and made sure the problem was promptly resolved. EZ Flow Plumbing took full and complete responsibility for the problem and promptly corrected it. Then when our contractor came to install the electrical and the appliances, there was a problem with the placement of the water box. Once again, Ken was back and right then and there personally corrected the problem. Overall, our interactions with Christy, Efren, Manny, Elias, Spencer and especially Ken were all outstanding. Good help is very hard to find these days and EZ Flow Plumbing has certainly selected their people well. Thank you again for your outstanding service. We will certainly be recommending EZ Flow Plumbing to anyone we know in need of plumbing services and those we don’t know. Spencer was Kind, courteous professional is amazing. He assessed the issue, and took the time to explain what was wrong and what he was going to do to fix the problem. I called to have a leak in a wall located and repaired . I was helped quickly and accurately by Christy on the phone and was scheduled that day! Christy was very knowledgeable and kind. Kenneth came that day and was so thorough and thoughtful…. Located it quickly… returned quickly and repaired perfectly. He had to cut through tile pieces and did that without destroying the tile pieces! Everything was clean and included an explanation along with photos for insurance! Highly recommend ez flow plumbing

Wow Rob was extremely helpful. So this man was just outside finishing a job at a neighbors and I was lil nervous to ask for help. But you know what he was so nice about it. I was having issues with resetting my garbage disposal and all the YouTube videos made it seem so easy but it wasn’t. Rob not only took the time out of his day to talk with me he came and showed me how to reset my disposal and how to use the Allen wrench if the button doesn’t work. I’m just grateful for him going above and beyond when he didn’t have to. It saved me time, frustration and now I know how to do it myself . I wasn’t even his customer just a person asking for help. You don’t get customer service and kindness like that anymore. I guess I know who to rely on when I need a plumber. Thanks Rob!!!
