Fagnelli Plumbing Heating & Cooling

Let me start by saying I rarely leave negative reviews, even when service is poor. I try to give companies the benefit of the doubt. Unfortunately, my experience with Fagnelli Plumbing & Heating was beyond unacceptable. I had no heat and already knew the issue—I simply needed a pipe capped off. They were able to come out the next day, which initially seemed great. The technician confirmed the issue and said the job could be done, but that I would need to schedule another appointment. I was told I would receive an estimate. I never did. I followed up multiple times by phone and through their website. When I called, I was treated like an inconvenience and told they were “really busy.” There was no voicemail option, no returned calls, and no response to my online request. After dealing with 10-degree temperatures and no heat, I was forced to give up on them entirely. About a week later—still having received no estimate or communication—I called to request a refund for the consultation fee. I was told the owner would call me back. He never did, and no refund was issued. Taking someone’s money, providing no service, and completely ghosting a customer—especially during a no-heat situation—is unacceptable. I have never been treated this poorly by a company. If you are too busy to take on work, say so. Don’t take people’s money and disappear. If I could give zero or negative stars, I would.

I was very pleased with their installation of the new dishwasher I purchased through Costco. The technician was thorough, polite and efficient. The installation was perfect and he hauled away the old one.

My Ac was blowing air not cold at all during this extreme I called Fagnelli plumbing and they came out the next day !! My technician Masi was very kind courteous and knowledgeable he got my air conditioner ice cold !!! My wife is happy I'm happy the service was excellent and the price was fair I would recommend them 10 out of 10 times !! Thanks
