Jake came out fast after another Plumber left me hanging for 2 days then said can’t come till Monday would be one week since sewer backed up . Was fast neat and extremely knowledgeable and honest . Got authorization fast to run scopes etc . I’m gonna need repairs beyond scope of my Insurance so Mike and Jake and secretary will help me get needed repairs of my old sewer line . I highly recommend FAVAZZA for all plumbing needs and will update when said repairs are done !

Jake ALWAYS does an outstanding job for great price. He offers guidance and suggestions. Never pressures. He cares about his work and about his customers. They came and did the job, cleaned up afterwards...even gave me some pipe grease to use on my DIY. Professional, knowledgeable and good people. Can't go wrong with these guys.

We were experiencing water pressure and temperature issues. Mike and Jake came out, checked the system and advised what they could do to assist. Jake came in today to install a regulator and a new control for our master shower. He explained everything he did. He made sure to bleed the air out of the faucets and the water heater. Hands down the most courteous gentleman I've met in some time. I do recommend using Favazza for your plumbing needs. Jake is a blessing. He's a happy guy and we appreciate his passion for what he does.

Back in September, I had a leak in my second floor bathroom between the ceiling . So I had to call a plumber Did some research and called favazza plumbing Mike came out and fixed the leak Which I really appreciate . So While Mike was here on that call and he got done. I asked him if he would be interested in putting all new plumbing in my house because my house is over 100 years old. He looked everything over and said yes he could do it. so today on December 12, 2025 Mike and Jake returned to my house to redo all the plumbing. They put all new pecks piping throughout my house . And it wasn’t an easy job because I have a crawlspace between my kitchen and the basement, which Jake crawled in there and redid all the piping to my kitchen sink, which I really appreciate .. So from this point on if I ever have any plumbing work that needs to be done I will always call Mike and Jake because they did an absolutely fantastic job!!!

Business owner helped me out of a tight spot when I had to shut off water to my entire home due to a busted pipe. Truly grateful as he was felixble due to the urgency of the situation. We had an issue with basement laundry sink backing up water usage to the basement floor drain. Mike and Jake made some wonderful suggestions and saved us money. Additionally, the work they did was superb and cleared up the clogged drain which had quite a bit of sediment that settled due to previous owners remodel and using sink for clean up. They were able to dig stuff up and use snake and send out to old cesspool so will never happen again. Grateful!!! Highly recommended using this company!
