This is my first time using Feehan Plumbing. They were recommended by a neighbor. I texted via their website late on a Sunday evening about a blocked drain and promptly got a text message back from a real person that they could come the next day (Monday!). Got a text Monday morning that they’d arrive in 30 minutes. Scott arrived right on time and was amazing from first handshake. Super knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything in detail. He was also happy to tour my house and look at everything on my longstanding list of little plumbing issues - and he didn’t rush me at all, he just gladly provided his expertise. We ended up having a blockage in our drain between the house and the street which Scott got figured out and fixed in no time. He knocked out a handful of other repairs including a toilet ball valve and a shower with low water pressure. Work was super clean, they even put down towels and drop cloths. I’m so happy that I’ve found a reputable, local plumber that does high quality work. Thank you!

We've used Feehan twice over the last month for 2 completely separate issues and they have been fantastic. Alex came out both time did a great job. He diagnosed and addressed the issue we had with our sewer line and took the time to explain to us what was going on and what to watch for. He also installed a powder room faucet for us on another visit. He was quick and very clean. We are very happy with Feehan and Alex and will continue to use them for all of our plumbing needs. Phil

This review concerns pricing and transparency. I believe that's important. I want to highlight some positives while also offering something of a "beware." My wife called Feehan to get an estimate for a clogged sink. They gave her an estimate around $200-300, which made sense based on what we'd read online to expect. The plumber who came was helpful and thoughtful. He was somewhat young (that is not disqualifying or a bad thing). He did clearly know what he was doing and clearly worked hard. After being unable to fix the clog (possibly because the snake he brought was not suitable for the job), he recommended we start cutting holes into the walls of the finished basement. I said before doing that, I wanted to get a second opinion, which he understood. He went outside to put things away and came back with a bill for around $500, directed to him by someone he had spoken to on the phone. I was surprised and disappointed. He said they had a coupon to knock down the price $50, which was still more than what we had been told to expect. But I paid it. As time passed, this did not sit right with me. It felt like too big of a gap. I have called Feehan 4 times asking for an explanation for the discrepancy in pricing. This was not a refusal to pay or even an argument that it SHOULD have been less than it was. I was just seeking an explanation, first. They have not returned any of my calls. This leaves me feeling a bit bait-and-switched. It's disappointing. I do not want this to reflect negatively on the tech who helped me. But I do want you to know that transparency here in a notorious industry might be a concern. Hopefully they'll see this and call me back.

Scott did a great job replacing our drain line from kitchen. Completed the work quickly and cleaned up after. Very professional. The price was fair. We will definitely use them again.

Feehan Plumbing and Heating were very prompt in answering my call and sending someone out the same day. Alex installed a new kitchen faucet with a difficult setup under our sink. He was very professional and provided additional maintenance tips for another issue I was having in the house. I will definitely be using Feehan again and highly recommend them to anyone!
