We had an issue with the pilot light on our water heater. Cold showers in December are AWFUL! We called FlowTech on the recommendation of a friend and they were able to schedule us the very next day. Aaron E came to our house and had the problem solved in a very short time. He was friendly, professional and very knowledgeable. Based on this experience I will only use FlowTech moving forward and will recommend them to everyone!!

The techs, Gabe and Alfredo, were absolutely amazing. Their work ethic was incredible — they stayed until the entire job was completed and made sure everything was done right. He handled the entire job quickly, efficiently, professionally, and thoroughly — from start to finish, everything was done right. Aaron was incredibly kind, patient, and knowledgeable. He explained everything clearly, answered all my questions, and made sure I felt completely confident with the work. No rushing, no shortcuts — just top-notch service.
