Outstanding service from Fox Plumbing! Fox Plumbing is a family-owned business, and it truly shows in the care and quality of their work. They installed a new well pump and pressure tank for us immediately, showing up on time and completing the job quickly and professionally. What really stood out was the price — Fox Plumbing came in at about a quarter of the cost compared to two other well-known plumbing companies in Lancaster County. No hidden fees, just honest, reliable service. Our extended family also uses Fox Plumbing, and everyone has had consistently great experiences. It’s refreshing to find a company you can truly trust. I thought I was in for a world of hurt after noticing a significant water leak in the basement ceiling. Thankfully I was referred to Fox Plumbing. They expeditiously responded after making room for me on their full schedule and resolved the issue in mere minutes for a lot less then I had expected to pay. I'm satisfied to the point that I made plans to have the company do more work in the near future.

Great experience from start to finish. Calling in and getting an appointment scheduled, for a leak I was unable to fix myself, was easy and quick. Tristian was our service tech and he was very professional and friendly. He provided us with several options, a quote for each, and his personal recommendation. Did the job extremely well and answered all our questions easily. The price was more than fair. Will absolutely use Fox again if we need anything plumbing related in the future.

The work of the Fox Plumbing technician was fine. I am frustrated with the fact that a faucet that Fox Plumbing installed about 2 years ago already required $110 worth of repair. I just finished a phone call with Jeff, the president of Fox Plumbing, who took time out of his day to seek a mutually satisfactory resolution of this problem. I am very satisfied with what we agreed to, and will definitely be using them for plumbing needs in the future!

The staff at Fox Plumbing are simply exceptional. The communication on the first call won my confidence. It was clear that we would get taken care of quickly and efficiently. Tristan arrived at our home, assessed our needs, and executed the services quickly and professionally. We had a powder room sink, toilet, and kitchen faucet installed. Then Tristan found a leak in our basement and thankfully was able to repair that before it became an issue. As a new homeowner we could not be more pleased.

Tristan and the team at fox plumbing has never failed us at our restaurants. We called this morning for an emergency repair they explained they could come out in 5 hours by 1pm and would try to come earlier. Within an hour of the call we received the text that the tech was on the way and they arrived before we opened and had us up and running before lunch . They communicate very well with us each step of repair process and honestly . Highly recommend !
