Zach was awesome! The specific drain issue required that we get just as much information needed to figure out my options before committing to a fix. Zach was able to quickly make an evaluation and offer solutions when i was ready to move forward. As the prospective buyer of the property being serviced, what really stood out with zach was that he was really good at listening to my thoughts concerns about the property. He shared his thoughts which helped me close out a bunch of questions that had been rattling around in my head. Great guy, really helped me out today.

Anthony installed a whole house water softener and reverse osmosis water filter and tap in the kitchen. He was very professional, cleaned up any mess and communicated with us during the process. We are very happy with him and Franklin Plumbing.

Was able to come out same day to remove an old gas furnace and found a clog that was restricting me washer water flow. Very knowledgeable and great work. Now getting an estimate for them to repipe my entire double wide home. Highly recommend!

From the start, the service was top-notch—they showed up right on time, and we really appreciated the notification that the technician was on the way, along with the ability to track his arrival in real time. The technician, Christian, was extremely polite and professional. He quickly identified the problem, fixed the pipe efficiently, and made sure everything was working perfectly before wrapping up. What really stood out was the attention to detail—he even vacuumed the rug before leaving! The entire job was completed quickly and at a very reasonable price. I had the pleasure of having an amazing technician named Christian Williams come and help out with my water heater. He was quick and professional the whole time he was here. He even helped me with my kitchen faucet, it was spewing water out of the sides. He went above and beyond with this service! Thank you guys also for getting us in on short notice!!!
