Freddy is the absolute best! I have to give a huge shoutout to Freddy, my plumber, who went way above and beyond. One of my diamond earrings fell down my shower drain and he somehow managed to find it—I was sure it was gone forever! I almost cried and can’t believe the effort he made looking for it.The real MVP, most valuable plumber Freddy, is professional, super friendly, and clearly takes pride in his work. Honest, reliable, and just an all-around good guy. If you ever need a plumber, he’s the one to call!

Freddy helped to quickly locate and fix a leaking underground service line in my yard. He was professional and communicative, and did great work with strong attentional to detail. Freddy is super good at what he does. I had him replace the water main on a house in Peoria, he did an outstanding job, including explaining to me tricks I never knew about soldering copper pipe (I'm a handyman). He can handle any plumbing issues you might have, no matter how complicated. I will definitely call him again next time I have an issue I can't fix myself.

Called Freddy in the morning and sent a follow up text, he returned my call in less than an hour! (Don’t bother with the online Request Information submission - just call or text the business phone number directly) He came same day and found our main drain had a blockage due roots. After removing the roots with hydro-jetting and we were back in business…. Or so we thought. A couple days later (much too soon for roots to regrow) the toilet was leaking again and not draining fully. I texted Freddy again and he was able to squeeze us in the following day. Lo and behold, there was another clog in our tub drain, which sits in sequence at the end of the bathroom plumbing - with the sink and toilet ahead of it. So finally after snaking the tub drain it was fully allowing flow from the bathroom fixtures and all was well! Thanks so much Freddy, for your customer service and amazing personality!

We were lucky to have found Freddy. We had another plumber come out and was unable to fix the problem. I called Freddy in the afternoon and he was willing to fit us in at the end of the day. Was at our house late in to the evening to make sure all issues were resolved. Would highly recommend.
