Free Flow Plumbing and Drains

Coy and team recently came to my home for a job. I feel they went above and beyond with helping me get everything resolved and then some. It's nice to find a plumber that takes the time and genuinely cares about customers.

Review I was referred to Free Flow Plumbing by my neighbor. I sent a text after hours on a Saturday, in less than a minute I was called back! I don’t know if that is typical, but, gratefully, Coy was available and came within an hour of my call. He used a hydro-blaster to unclog the line. With a camera he showed us the exact problem removing any guesswork. The house is 100 years old and we were not surprised to find tree roots in portions of a terra-cotta sewer line. If another technique had been used I might have broken the pottery and made things worse. With a decent flow created to get us through the emergency, another day was set up to address the roots. The Free Flow team kept us informed of the day and expected arrival time for follow up work. In all interactions with us they have been courteous and professional. Apart from the hydro-blaster😉, no high pressure sales pitches. If I ever have an instance like this again, at home or work, they are at the top of my list and I would not hesitate to call. My kitchen sink was full of grease. Every time we used the washing machine it would gurgle and back up in the kitchen. They came and put enzymes in to break it up overnight. Came back the next day and chained whipped the drain and then used the pressure washer with the spinner head. Show me the results on camera before and after. Great communication and follow up. They explained everything, every step of the way. I would highly recommend them. Edit: I just learned from a friend that they felt "upsold" on services they didn't have the opportunity to approve before hand. They have not felt great about the service. I trust my friend and lowered my rating to three stars. Get a price in advance...My total cost was $850 for the scope, enzyme, chain whip and the spinning pressure head (my friend paid considerably more than this for the same service).
