Trevor and Robert were very friendly and communicative. Showed up on time and ready to get the job completed. Very happy with the outcome. Installed a new electric water heater and a new pressure assisted toilet. Would gladly request them again.
We had a GREAT experience with Ron! I originally Googled "plumber near me" and looked for the best ratings. I found this company, figured it was worth a shot. Our original issue was with a shower faucet. It wasn't an emergency so I set up an appointment for next week. But 3 days later, we found liquid coming out of our water heater. NOW my plumbing situation is an emergency LOL. I called back and Ron came over FIRST THING in the morning. He was able to assess BOTH of our situations and educate us about our options. The only real option for the water heater was a new water heater - which we already assumed, but we did NOT know that the original water heater didn't even comply with current safety codes. That liquid that was coming out of the heater was corroded water, and could have easily started an electrical fire. Not only did Ron install a new water heater in just a few hours, he installed EVERYTHING to bring us up to code, making the house so much safer. He also made sure to educate us about our new appliance, how often to get it serviced, and made sure we know what to look out for just in case something goes wrong. Next time we need a plumber, we DEFINITELY know who we're calling. Thanks Ron!
Ron came out to install a pressure reducing valve and replace several under-sink valves that had corroded, and I couldn’t be more impressed. He was extremely thorough, took the time to explain what he was doing, and offered helpful recommendations on things to watch for in the future. The pricing was very competitive, the workmanship was excellent, and the overall service was truly five-star. It’s refreshing to work with someone who is knowledgeable, honest, and clearly takes pride in their work. I’ll definitely be calling Froggy Fox LLC again for any future plumbing needs.
