Soft-water system broke. Needed a quick fix so we can get water running in the house. I called on a Saturday and they came out first thing Sunday. Fixed the issue. I've used Garrett multiple times and they get the job done right every time.

Despite being closed over the weekend, Dave contacted me to set up an appointment 1st thing Monday. The tech was on time and courteous. Great job! Update: Second time using Garrett Plumbing. So easy to work with!! Fast response time and my tenants were very happy with Bob and the work he did. My go-to plumber, now for sure!

Absolutely the worst experience ever. Dave Garrett does not do the work himself but has another very unprofessional plumber do it instead. That guy cursed the whole time on the job and did not even do the job I wanted but instead took the toilet off and supposedly used 2 wax rings for a leak that was not even that bad. Won't refund my money and just hung up the phone when I tried to send him pictures of the water pouring out if the base of the toilet. Submitting a complaint to the Arizona Registor of Contractors and will purse legal action for the 500 dollars he charged me to reset a toilet that did not leak.

We’ve used Garrett Plumbing a few times now. The quality of the work is excellent and prices are very fair. They are a family owned small business too. Most recently our water heater blew and they had someone out same day to look at it and it was replaced the next morning.
