George Brazil Plumbing & Electrical

At 1130 on a random Wednesday evening, the main electrical panel on a home I had owned for less than a month failed spectacularly. Sparks, smoke and eventually flames! Managed to get main breaker opened to stop the flow of electricity and put out the small fire that resulted from the arcing. Then, in the complete darkness I started searching for an emergency electrician that might come help before Monday the 12th of never. I chose the George Brazil team primarily because of their overwhelmingly positive reviews. I was not disappointed. I received a call back from Ty Williams, the on call electrician within about 15 minutes of my initial call. He stated he was on his way and would arrive within the hour. He arrived on time and ready to tackle my electrical demons. After a thorough review of my panel, the melted breakers and overall damage, he offered two solutions, neither inexpensive but reasonable and fair with a thorough, knowledgeable explanation of the options available. I decided on the option to completely replace the damaged panel with new equipment. He advised that he would meet representatives from APS and the city of Glendale as early as possible later that morning (by this time it was way into the early morning hours) to get the permits and begin work. He made sure the panel was safe enough to run low amperage plugs, lights and fans to allow us not to have to find alternative lodging in the middle of the night and he departed. He was back bright and early to begin the permit process, he contacted the solar company to advise and correlate with them on the repair. Ty cut through the red tape and bureaucracy that was the solar company, APS and city of Glendale on my behalf, saving me a ton of stress and bother. Within 24 hours, permits were in place and my new panel was installed, without incident, excuses or hassle! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND GEORGE BRAZIL AND ESPECIALLY TY WILLIAMS. When you are in need of an electrical professional, they don’t come any better than TY WILLIAMS. If I could give Ty and George Brazil 10 stars I certainly would! Thank you Ty and George Brazil!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Lorenzo was outstanding from start to finish. He arrived on time and was very professional and friendly. He quickly diagnosed the issue and found that the leak was coming from behind my hose spigot in the backyard. Lorenzo took the time to explain exactly what was happening and what needed to be done to fix it, which I really appreciated. He completed the repair efficiently and carefully, making sure everything was sealed properly and that there were no more leaks before he left. He also cleaned up the area and made sure I was satisfied with the work. His knowledge, attention to detail, and customer service were excellent. I would absolutely recommend Lorenzo to anyone needing plumbing repairs.

Chris is a great technician. He came over to my house fixing the heater very promptly and had his job done perfectly in about 2 hours. ( he installed a new one for me) He is very skilled,professional and dedicated in his work. He is also very polite, and is meticulous in everything he does.
