It is hard to find a company like Gerard these days!! We were fortunate to find them when we had an issue with our kitchen sink and drain... And we've been customers ever since. Most recently they completed a large remodel plumbing job for us and it was impeccable. Erik, Nick, and team are top notch, responsive, and trustworthy!

We are so glad we called Gerard Plumbing! We were removing vanities and toilets from bathrooms to install new floors and had 3 different water pipes break at different times within a 3-week period and flood several rooms of our home. Gerard responded immediately to each call. One call was on a Saturday afternoon, and we are so glad we called Gerard. Eric Gerard answered our emergency call on a Saturday and told us what to do to stop the leak, explained what caused the leak, and talked us through how we could try to patch the pipe. The pipe was so old and so damaged we were unable to patch it. Eric immediately dispatched a plumber to repair the broken pipe on a Saturday so we could turn the main water back on to the house. The entire staff at Gerard provided excellent customer service. The plumbers were prompt, professional, knowledgeable, and patient. Gerard was also patient with the restoration and construction process that took 3 months. As contractors finished floors and walls, we called Gerard to complete the plumbing during the construction process. Once all restoration and construction finished, we called Gerard to install new vanities and toilets in the bathrooms. We trust Gerard Plumbing.

These guys are the best at what they do. I’ve used them twice now and both times it was a smooth experience. Easy to schedule, they came out fast and the techs knew what they were doing and were great. They also charged a very fair price and I didn’t feel like I was getting ripped off or overcharged. I hope I don’t need their services again (wishful thinking) but if I do they’ll be the first and probably the last company I call.

Excellent work. Excellent response time. Exceptional detail. Went out of their way to schedule me fast for an estimate and repair on some small gas leaks. A real person actually answers the phone and not an AI bot. They didn't use a hand held tablet to show me pricing and financing options. Just straight up estimates and repairs. Highly recommend!

Gerard is an excellent company. Their technician Jacob arrived yesterday to look at the air conditioning unit. He fixed the problem quickly and explained everything to me. He was very professional, knowledgeable polite and kind. They also replaced a hot water tank for me last year and I had the same positive experience. I will definitely call them in the future for any issues I have with heating cooling or plumbing. Thank you Jacob and Gerard heating and cooling. I would highly recommend them.

I first want to thank Cy, the heart of Gerard Plumbing & Heating Inc. Cy is the first person a client will meet when calling for information or help. In my case Cy has been more than both of these. I am a widow who has never had to deal with a plumbing issue for 47 years. I remembered learning about the company when I met the owners 15 years ago. They had done work for the club I was a member of. I saw the work they did and knew I could trust them not to take advantage of me. Cy helped me through the process of getting scheduled for a replacement water heater. After giving me a date the same day I called, I was relieved to meet the gentlemen who came to do the work. First a van of two men came to take out the old heater. But shortly after they arrived a 2nd van arrived to bring the new heater. I never saw a company small or large, work in tandem before. They were professionals in all manner of work. They got the job done effectively, and efficiently, The new heater was better than the one that was in my house originally. I will always call Gerard Plumbing & Heating Inc for all my plumbing problems. I like dealing with a family-owned business who I can rely on. Job well done!

I called re a leak and Larry came out the next day, found the leak and totally fixed it within an hour! He was nice, professional, and knowledgeable! We are very pleased.
