We had routine maintenance done on the furnace and water heater. Darien did an outstanding job of explaining what he was going to do. Afterwards Darien showed me all the photos of the work performed. As always, your techs were courteous and efficient. But as I tell people, if you want a great job done G. F. Bowman is the one to call.

My furnace was not working on a very cold day and overnight. In less than 24 hours Brian arrived and quickly diagnosed and resolved the issue. He very professionally explained the problem, requested and picked up the part, returned in short order, and then had the furnace up and running again. Brian's HVAC experience was very noticeable during the Service and I will highly recommend him at any time.

Robert is a good technician/plumber that sorted out our faucet leak. I always converse with folks, and at the same time try not to distract them from their professional duties. Robert was patient and determined to complete all phases of the task, even though there were some design challenges that over the years have frustrated other technicians. A job well done.

I have used GF Bowman for all my heating and plumbing for over 12 years. My home is 100 years old and while it was well built, it needs repairs and updates as most homes require to prevent costly repairs and replacements. G.F. Bowman is such a wonderful company to work with for our heating and plumbing needs. They installed a whole house water system with excellent service, pricing, and routine support! We joined their service partner plans for heating and plumbing and have already experienced savings and quick, reliable support! Tim came out to reprograming our thermostat and didn't try to upsell us on the fix. He even spent time showing us how to make our heating/AC most efficient for the future! 10/10

Everyone I talked to in the office was very friendly and helpful. My heat stopped working on Friday and I called them Monday morning and I have never used them before and they said that they would be able to come Tuesday. But mid morning I got a text saying that they were gonna be coming on Monday. Brandon, my technician dealt mostly with my sister, but was very thorough and very pleasant. I talked to Brandon on the phone and he was so kind and kept me updated on everything. I had a wonderful experience with them, and although this was a temporary fix, I am going to talk to them to replace my whole system because of the service that I received and the kindness that was shown to me and the price was very reasonable! I would highly recommend them.

From the first call to GF Bowman we were so incredibly pleased with the service we received. Steve came out to give us a quote on moving our home’s external unit to a different spot on our property plus add a mini split to our frequently used sun room. The quote was competitive coming within $20 of competitor. There was no pushy salesmanship just clear explanation of how the job would work and a breakdown of the tasks to be completed. Our service technicians, Caleb and Ian were professional, responsible, clear, and hardworking. They were a fantastic duo and were very kind to our children who are home on summer break and were curious to understand the project. The job was a two-day task. They clearly explained each step of their work as they installed, tested, and cleaned up/sealed up various parts of the project. They left our home and property clean. We plan on switching our HVAC servicing to GF Bowman because of this exemplar experience.
