If I could give G.I. Plumbing 1000 stars, I would. We hired G.I. Plumbing for a full replacement of cast iron pipe and fittings in our finished basement and a house trap replacement from inside the house to outside. They were incredibly professional and respectful. They were courteous of our home and belongings and so polite. We were able to observe their work from start to finish and everything from the removal and disposal of the old pipe to the last drop of concrete poured over the new pipe was completed exceptionally well. They even reseeded our lawn after having to dig it up for the house trap and correct a job left incomplete by a previous plumbing company. I can’t recommend Jason, Dave and the rest of the G.I Plumbing crew enough. It’s clear that they care deeply about their work and the customers they serve.

Setting an appointment was easy, call were returned promptly and I was able to get an appointment right away. The Plumber, Dave, arrived on time, listened to my concerns and requests, helped me pick the right water heater for our home. We went with the AO Smith 50 Gallon Hybrid Heat Pump. I asked for a full ball valve on the drain for better annual cleanout and I added a Watts Hot Water Recirculation System with union so it could be easily replaced in the future. The unit is very well made and is WIFI and Bluetooth enabled and was super easy to connect to the internet via the AO Smith iCOMM app. The installation went smoothly and very professional. The completed project is super clean and I am very pleased with the results. I could not be happier with the entire process and would recommend G.I. Plumbing to anyone in the area. Thanks G.I. Great experience. I was surprised to get someone the same day because I called in the afternoon. Dave was clear in what was happening and what I needed done. He got the work done quickly and it was great. Victoria was very personable on the phone and helped make the appointment set up easy, and followed up after in case I had any questions. I will be using this company again if anything in the future arises.

We chose GI Plumbing because of their good reviews. From start to finish, the experience was great. Their technician Jesse, did not disappoint. He was awesome when he came to do our estimate. He answered all of our questions when we asked. Even afterwards, we had a few more questions and Victoria and Jason (the operations manager) were both available to explain even more in detail. Victoria is always a pleasure to speak with and accommodated us when we needed to reschedule. Job well done and we will be using them going forward for any other plumbing needs.

This veteran operated business was truly the best. Our ceiling started leaking water from our master bath and they came out quickly, helped identify the issue and then helped with installing a beautiful shower for us! Everyone was kind, friendly, experienced and made what would’ve been a bad experience an amazing one!

Can’t say enough about the quick response and repair Jesse did from GI Plumbing, Evans City, PA. We had two other large plumbing companies come out to locate a sewer gas smell. Both did smoke test and couldn’t locate the leak in our master bathroom. Called GI plumbing and they were at the house in less than an hour, located the leak, where a remodel contractor had drilled a hole in the vent pipe within the bathroom wall. Jess had it repaired in 45 minutes at a cost well below the costs of one smoke test the others charged. Would definitely recommend GI Plumbing and will certainly use them again for my plumbing needs.

We needed to get a dye test performed to sell our current house. Called and Victoria was more than helpful with scheduling the service, coordinating with South Park township and subsequent repairs needed. Joe was very polite and thorough. Was supposed to be a simple dye test turned into a substantial project (Thanks South Park). Joe was there the following day to complete the repairs. Would recommend GI and specifically Joe to anyone looking for plumbing work.
