I am here to tell you that Gill's plumbing is the best plumbing service in the area. Earl himself is just such a kind and very helpful. He knows what he’s doing. He’s very precise and what he’s doing. He make sure that the job is done and if it’s not, he stands by his word, you know I had him come in and I ended up needing him to come almost every day of the week and he came and he was happy and smiling and upbeat, like it never seemed like I was bothering him or it was a problem. He got to the bottom of the issue at hand and everything went smooth and I’m telling you this is this is your dude go to him for anything you need done and you will not be disappointed. He’s very easy-going and he works with you. He has a very flexible schedule, if you can’t make a time he’ll make a time that works for you. He’s very professional and gets the job done

If negative stars were possible, I would use them. Unfortunately, based on my experience, even one star feels too generous. It has been seven weeks since our initial appointment with Mr. Gill, and our plumbing issue was never properly diagnosed or resolved. We paid $250 to have our toilet snaked, but the clogging problem continued almost immediately. We were told the toilet was “outdated” and needed to be replaced — without a full diagnosis being performed. We were even told that we needed to climb onto the roof ourselves to check the exhaust vent, which is something I would expect a plumber to handle as part of a paid service call. Communication and scheduling were extremely poor. We were rescheduled and then left without responses for days at a time. When we reported that the issue was still happening, the only recommendation repeated was to buy a new toilet. He would not remove the existing toilet to investigate further unless we committed to purchasing a replacement first. We finally called another licensed plumber, who came out the same day, personally inspected the roof vent, ran a camera inspection, and correctly diagnosed the problem as calcium buildup — not a bad toilet. A new toilet would not have fixed the issue and would have cost us unnecessary additional money. This plumber completed the job in one visit, communicated clearly, and charged less than we paid for the unresolved service before. We chose this business based on a prior personal connection and while we did not expect and special treatment we expected professional service. Instead, we experienced long delays, poor communication, and an incorrect diagnosis that could have cost us more money. I cannot recommend this business under any circumstances. If you value timely service, accurate diagnosis, and professional responsibility, I strongly suggest looking elsewhere.
