Had it Air Condition serviced Goettl. Our service was done my Frank Monroig. Totally professional in every way. He was thorough in his inspection and very forthcoming about concerns to make our old unit last long . Very impressed. I think we are going to stick with them a long time.

Chris Emard was fantastic! He checked out our water heater that was giving us problems and was extremely professional and courteous throughout the entire visit. He was very friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything clearly. We really appreciated his honesty and attention to detail. I had the best experience with Goettl. First of all, it seemed like Deano Valdez showed up within an hour of me calling. Deano was one of those people that when you meet him, you just trust everything he's telling you. I had another company out this morning and was quoted $7,886.00 for what we wanted him to do. I was going to get 3 quotes and then choose. Dean looked at the unit outside and in the attic. The other company didn't look inside and that's where Deano found the problem. He quoted us $2,400.00 and we went with him. He stayed here until he had our a/c up and running great! We are so happy and we will definitely be calling Goettl for any future needs and hopefully Deano will be our man. Great Job Deano!

Very pleased with our services. I was able to get a same-day plumbing repair appointment. Aaron came out and gave us a very detailed estimate of cost for the items that needed to be addressed and was able to complete the work the same day. The scheduling system was simple and communication letting us know when he was on the way was excellent.

They were nice people. I didnt approve the service so I cant say much else. The issue was the pricing. I specifically requested that I needed a toilet replacement. It would be nice if they would be able to give any sort of ballpark price before they come out. But they make you agree to a $95 charge to come out. Then I was told it would be $1400 for one toilet replacement. And that doesnt account for any other issues if something else is seen once taken apart. Im sorry... but a toilet costs $100-$200.... so I'm paying $1200 in labor for an hour job??????? Also, they WOULD NOT give any breakdown of what the toilet costs, and what the labor was. So I declined the service and was still stuck with a $95 charge. Update: To their response stating I didnt use them. Just added a photo screenshot confirming their arrival, as well as bank statement of the $95 i was charged for them to come give me a price of what I already requested.

Adam was able to diagnose our plumbing issue quite quickly and had a plan from the start. Project was complete within 72 hours, as we had a root system compromise our home clean out in the front yard. Thank you, Adam for being knowledgeable and personable with us during the process

Once again Goettl to the rescue! Tech Parker was the best I’ve had the pleasure of meeting. My capacitor had gone out at midnight, and after fumbling around we decided to contact Goettl. Of course it had to be AI or was it? Very intuitive system named Sadie, now where have I heard that name before? Ether way I was confident that we would be taken care of and we were. Tech Parker arrived 4hrs ahead of schedule only after receiving a call from the office to check on our timeline. His knowledge and experience allowed him to help me make some difficult choices. Was a little pricey, but so are Cadillacs. At the end of our service Parker sent me a complete set of invoices detailing the services I accepted and rejected. Not only had he fully explained to me my choices and their consequence, but now I could go over them with my wife. Full disclosure: we have the Sadie plan that has a list of perks that make it well worth it. Thanks Parker and Goettl for going the extra mile!

My ac went out this morning. Called Goettl and they had a tech out within 3 hours. Jarrett was very helpful and informative. He got the system back up and running in a couple hours. I went ahead and decided to purchase a new unit. He walked me through the process and made it super easy! New AC unit will be installed Monday. Awesome customer service!

Parker came out for my preventative maintenance this time. I’ve been using Goettl a long time and they’ve always been good to me. Parker really set himself apart from the rest of the technicians I’ve had in the past. He was extremely thorough and I immediately felt extremely comfortable with him. I absolutely love Goettl! The technician Andrew was so nice and got us in touch with Noah to get a new AC system (ours was from 1985)! They were able to get a us a price that was within our budget and reasonable payments. They came within 2 days to get our house cool again. I really satisfied with the work of the entire Goettl team.
