I've known Malachi and Goff Plumbing for over 15 years and am always impressed with their professionalism, expertise, and honest work. They go above and beyond to assure my home and belongings are well taken care of while on the job. They know their stuff, their prices are reasonable and I would highly recommend them! I called Goff Plumbing upon recommendation from a neighbor. Malachi found the problem and came back to do the necessary repairs. (This was the second plumber I called. The first just said I had a cracked bathtub, which I don’t. Collected his service fee and left.) I sincerely appreciated is honesty and hard work. I recommend him to anyone.

Where to start… Well, after calling around to a few other places and having terrible…and I mean TERRIBLE experiences elsewhere, Goff plumbing was amazing from start to finish. When we called we were greeted by someone who was empathetic, human and truly exemplified communication. I know this seems odd, but they were willing to set an appointment…which I didn’t realize was such an issue until I got the “We’ll call you if we have anyone in the area” experiences elsewhere. Carson arrived exactly when expected, was extremely thorough and polite. He was personable but also didn’t “linger”, he got right to work and before we knew it he had diagnosed our issue, swapped the part and was preparing the invoice. Their rates are extremely reasonable, and after our first impression I can safely say we’ve found our plumber for years to come. To Goff Plumbing, and more so to Carson, thank you for being true professionals from start to finish.

Goff plumbing is amazing. Our garbage disposal went out and they were able to get right on it. The tech that came out was very professional and polite. He was very thorough and made sure everything was working great before he left. I’m going to use them for all my future plumbing needs.

I got a recommendation for Goff Plumbing by a neighbor and I'm so happy I contacted them. We had a leak that was causing water damage inside our home and garage. I was super impressed with Malachi's knowledge, kindness, and overall professionalism. He was able to fix our issue on his initial visit and did great work. I can not recommend enough. We will definitely use Goff Plumbing again in the future if needed.

The regulator on the water line in one of our rental units corroded which caused a pinhole leak. Of course this happened at 7:30 PM on a Saturday night (after hours). With a single call to Goff Plumbing, they had Jackson on his way and everything was replaced and repaired within a couple of hours from my call. Outstanding service!! I've used Goff for my personal residence and rental units many times. Always professional and quality work. Jackson recently replaced a bathroom sink in this same rental unit. He knew his way around the apartment. He was friendly and courteous to the tenants and their children. His main concern was getting the water on so the family wouldn't be inconvenienced. I appreciated that and Jackson's customer service attitude.

Huge shoutout to Kolton for coming through and saving the day  We had some plumbing issues that needed to be fixed ASAP, and he was seriously amazing from start to finish. Super professional, on time, and explained everything in a way that actually made sense. You can tell he really cares about doing the job right and not cutting corners. Everything is working perfectly now, and the whole process was way less stressful than I expected.
