WOW! Gold Star saved me from a nightmare! I had a pipe blow and it was spraying water in my 2nd story window right before we went out of town! (see photo) I called my son Joey and he recommended Gold Star and I'm so glad he did. I wish I had called them sooner when the pipes started to discolor. AND I didn't know the valves that faced the wall were all rusted. I couldn't see them. I had no idea it was ready to blow at any minute. Do yourself a favor and have Gold Star replace your outside pipes before you have massive issues like me. Please take my advise because I don't know what would have happened if we had gone out of town for the long weekend. Seriously Thank You Mike G. at Gold Star for helping me and talking me through my issues. (Yes, that's me trying to shut off a rusted valve in my panic, and the before and after they fixed it. DAMN! )

Cody was amazing! His honesty and genuine discussion with me allowed for trust from the beginning to the completion of the installation. The work was done expeditiously, timely, and everything was clean upon completion. Cody is a great person and I am thankful I was lucky to have him and Gold Star plumbing for my new water heater

Because of Cody Morgan's initial work, I hired Gold Star Plumbing a second time and specifically requested Cody. This was a much larger project—over $8,000 on a residential building. Cody arrived on time, worked professionally, and went above and beyond by fixing several additional issues at no extra charge, even though he could have easily billed for them. What truly stood out was his dedication. He shared that he had been in the ER until 4:30 a.m. for his own medical issue, yet still showed up at 9:00 a.m. as scheduled and delivered excellent work. He has also offered to come back in a few months for a follow-up check and to inspect my drains at no charge, which shows that he genuinely values long-term relationships and takes great care of his customers. Cody is a true professional, and I highly recommend him. Adrian assisted Cody on this project and was truly impressive. He worked with care and precision, followed direction seamlessly, and addressed multiple issues along the way. Most notably, he stabilized an outdoor pipe fixture that had been wobbly for some time, securing it so solidly that it should easily stand up to the harsh Arizona heat. Adrian carries himself with clear professionalism, a strong work ethic, and an eye for detail. It’s evident that he’s well on his way to becoming an excellent plumber who can confidently take on projects independently

Jake was awesome. If I could give him 6 stars I would. He was on time, friendly, communicative, and nice to my dog (always a plus). I appreciate that he was able to give me a few options, and talked me through the “good, better, and best” as far as effectiveness of the fix, how long it would take, and how much it would cost. He did great work very quickly. I’d definitely call Gold Star again in the future, and hope they send Jake my way :)

I had the privilege of Tony showing up to do the work for me. Tony is the kind of professional you hope to find but rarely do. From the moment he arrived, he was prompt, prepared and incredibly knowledgeable. He took the time to explain everything clearly, offered smart solutions and handled the entire job with precision and care. His workmanship is top-tier, and his attitude is even better; respectful, friendly and genuinely committed to doing the job right. It’s rare to see someone take so much pride in their work, and Tony absolutely deserves every bit of praise. If you need plumbing done and want it done correctly the first time, I could not recommend these guys any more!

I ran into an issue while re modeling my kitchen. When I removed the cabinets there had been water leaking from the copper pipes. I made a call to Gold Star Plumbing and they were out the next day first thing in the morning with parts on hand and ready to work. My technician Anthony made quick work of the job even with a change order from me adding hot and cold water pipes and valves for an outside sink in the future. Anthony was awesome and just took care of business. I have used Gold Star Plumbing for several years and will continue to do so. They also take care of my mom's and my aunts Plumbing needs in prescott, Az as well......BIG HUGE THANKS AGAIN FOR SAVING THE PROJECT AND AWESOME PROFICIENT WORK!

We’ve had Gold Star Plumbing out several times at our properties in Prescott, ALWAYS with superior results. They’ve installed tankless water systems, made repairs to filtration systems, pump motors for wells and general plumbing issues over the years. I would never call anyone else. Today was the first opportunity I had to utilize their services at a property in Glendale, and Tony (Anthony) was just as awesome as the guys in Prescott!
