Mike, the plumbing technician arrived promptly, was very friendly and completed work efficiently in, what l thought was a somewhat simple job in 2 hours or less. Just replacing an outdoor spigot and under sink connections (minimal parts). Then, l got a shocking surprise... the bill was $802!! I believe l was extremely over-charged since l've had the same thing done previously for $300 or less! I felt ripped off! I had a new high end water heater installed less than a year ago for $1800. 2 star review due to extreme over charging ONLY!

Great technicians. I had 2 water heater blow on NYE. Unbelievable! They got them both replaced. Great job. The pricing was unfair and ridiculous though!

He arrived on time as promised, had the parts and the tools as needed, did an excellent install and patiently explained it to me. what more could I ask? PS: YOUR POLL NEEDS REWORKING AS THERE IS NO PLACE FOR ME TO SHOW THAT THE WORK WAS DONE IN SEDONA (not any of the choices given) and the services I 'received' do not have the service I received (sump pump cover replacment) and is going to mislead your poll results.

Perfection! Vincent Mann is the hardest working perfectionist I've ever seen! His work was super clean. It was a little expensive but worth every penny! I've had at least 6 different plumbers (Goetl's, TCR Rooter, Roto Rooter, etc) and he is hands down the best! If you want the best service get Vincent Mann and the office assistants are very sweet and patient. Thank you!

Amazing quick, easy, and affordable plumbing service for our shower. We shopped around for pricing, and Gold Star was super fair but most importantly, Michael G. came with a positive “can-do” attitude. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a plumber in Flagstaff!

Came out to fix a water leak could not Detect one! Did not charge me the service fee, which is so amazing !! But I have their phone number And will definitely use them for any plumbing needs in the future! They have integrity and I really appreciated that!!

Vincent is my new go to Plumber. I wouldn’t want anyone else doing work on my home after the service he provided. I really appreciate the attention to detail and the willingness to explain pricing and the work he would be doing. But the execution was the biggest selling point, my new water heater could have turned out nicer.

Vincent and Trey were both very professional and knowledgeable. They were clean and were able to diagnose and fix the problems that needed addressed! Also the price was Great! You can tell the Company is not just about the money but about the client as well and that means a lot.
