Brett & Jonathan did an amazing job for a full repipe of the plumbing in my home at fair pricing. Brett worked with me and tried multiple solutions before determining that this was the best route. Both him and Jonathan did a great job communicating throughout the process, answering all my questions, and had before/after pictures to ensure the job was done and done correctly. (They even cleaned additional piping from previous homeowners work) I highly recommend working with Brett & Jonathan for plumbing needs in Utah. They truly were great to work with.

Another great experience with Golden Rule HVAC today. Technicians Ben and Collin were out to inspect and perform yearly service on my HVAC mechanicals per my service contract (a bargain at $99/yr.). They spent approximately an hour inspecting, testing and performing PM on my system. Reviewed their actions with me, answered my questions, and cleaned up the area prior to leaving. Exactly what I expected, meeting all of my expectations. Awesome experience! From the initial contact with the manager Aaron, to the install team of Jaxon and Trent, the install of my Aprilaire 800 steam humidifier was superb. Job performed exactly as quoted (including connection to my smart thermostat) and no hidden charges. Very polite, professional, and thorough. Would highly recommend.

Benjamin Nelson did an excellent job fixing our Furnace. He stopped the water leeks and cleaned all of the inside equipment very well. He provided superior customer service and we would defiantly call on him again! Thank you Benjamin very much!

After 22 years living in the house my wife and I built, our furnace had become unreliable and not very efficient. The guys from Golden Rule evaluated our furnace and revealed serious blockages in our coil and hairline cracks in our heat exchanger. They gave us a terrific deal on a new system and the install went very smoothly. Jaxon, Collin, and Ben (a new trainee) did a terrific job and our new furnace/AC heats and cools our house so much better than before. They were very polite and cleaned up everything just like new.

Our Tech Benjamin was super professional and thorough. He explained everything he was going to do and gave us every option! Perfect Job! Even with it being inspection I felt no pressure to purchase anything. William identified the weak items that may need work and gave me prices to help me decide to have any repairs done that were identified. The call back after the home show kept me from forgetting about the option for the inspection. I felt Willaim was honest and truthful in everything he said. Thank you and I will see you all later.

My original review was premature. Hope I didn’t mislead anyone. The service was average. However, as I reviewed the recommendations, I realized that the service technicians were trying to sell me on a bunch of things that I didn’t need. Perhaps nice to have but certainly not required. The pricing was pretty extravagant. I am now dealing with a different company.

Great service. Will and Dillon gave great customer service and did a great job servicing and cleaning out my air conditioning unit and furnace that had build up of debris that the previous company I’ve had servicing it for 12 years did not keep clear with their bi-yearly service appointments. Hopeful this will help my units be more efficient and extend their life.

Dylan and Benjamin came up to perform a check on my unit that had been installed, were very thorough and made some suggestions, as well as advising on a noise that would intermittently happen. We couldn't get the unit to replicate the noise while we were there, but I greatly appreciate how thorough they were. Thanks again!
