Good Day Plumbing

A tech came to my house to install a water heater ( David ) he arrived with no tools leaving several times stating he would be back and did not come back . Finally the third time after being here 7 1/2 hours my water heater vent was not installed correctly . It is not flush with the water heater and he managed to pull a pipe out of my furnace creating space for carbon monoxide to escape . Since they were sent here by Home Serve I’m working with them to get this straightened out . My house which I have on the market failed inspection due to this . Not only is this a dangerous situation it needs to be rectified ASAP . This person was sent by our insurance company so I can’t speak on their prices .

I am finishing my basement and turning it into a “Mother-In-Law” Suite. We had multiple quotes from plumbers who wanted obscene amounts of money to do the job, but Lucas from Good Day Plumbing gave us by far the best price and saved us thousands of dollars. He came on time, was VERY professional and finished the job in 2 days (other companies told me it would be at least 3-4 days). I also needed him to come back to help with an inspection with the city and he took it upon himself to schedule a time with the inspector so that they could both be there at the same time to go over all the plumbing work. We did the following: - Bathroom plumbing and shower/tub install - install Gas and water for kitchen - install tankless water heater and water softener ($400 cheaper than other quotes) - install water and drain lines for clothes washer

Our hot water heater went out around 11:30 PM. They sent someone right out. By 2 AM we had a new water heater installed, and Lucas was on his way. He worked hard to get things installed quickly, he was knowledgable, quick, and efficient. I would recommend them to anyone.

I called Good Day Plumbing expecting them to be just like any other plumbing company where they kinda give you the run around. But not with Lucas and Good Day Plumbing! These guys were great. I told them that I was pressed on time and would appreciate if they would get to me any sooner than what I was scheduled (which was pretty early given the last minute call to them). I was very surprised that they arrived half an hour early which really helped me out and I'm happy they fulfilled my request to show up early. Lucas was very kind and mindful of my concerns. He even took time to explain other potential issues and how I could adjust or fix them myself later on. He gave me a fair quote and then even went on to offer me other great discounts to save more money on this job and future jobs. Got the work done quickly and everything looked just as nice as when he first came over. I appreciate Lucas coming over so quickly after I made the call and to get the work done in just a few hours. Will use them again in the future for sure at my other properties.
