Good Day Plumbing

A tech came to my house to install a water heater ( David ) he arrived with no tools leaving several times stating he would be back and did not come back . Finally the third time after being here 7 1/2 hours my water heater vent was not installed correctly . It is not flush with the water heater and he managed to pull a pipe out of my furnace creating space for carbon monoxide to escape . Since they were sent here by Home Serve I’m working with them to get this straightened out . My house which I have on the market failed inspection due to this . Not only is this a dangerous situation it needs to be rectified ASAP . This person was sent by our insurance company so I can’t speak on their prices .

I am finishing my basement and turning it into a “Mother-In-Law” Suite. We had multiple quotes from plumbers who wanted obscene amounts of money to do the job, but Lucas from Good Day Plumbing gave us by far the best price and saved us thousands of dollars. He came on time, was VERY professional and finished the job in 2 days (other companies told me it would be at least 3-4 days). I also needed him to come back to help with an inspection with the city and he took it upon himself to schedule a time with the inspector so that they could both be there at the same time to go over all the plumbing work. We did the following: - Bathroom plumbing and shower/tub install - install Gas and water for kitchen - install tankless water heater and water softener ($400 cheaper than other quotes) - install water and drain lines for clothes washer

Lucas is one of the best plumbers I have used. He went above and beyond what we had originally agreed to. We will for sure be using him again!!!
