Had a really positive experience with Goodman the other week. They sent Zac out to my home to do various jobs. I'm only coming on here to say not only was my experience positive; I'm really impressed. I hired them for a service and zac made me feel like I was getting more than just plumbing. He was clear, concise, and to the point. Not only did he do an amazing job, he left the place cleaner than what he walked into. I felt like I got my moneys worth plus more. He even followed up with a text a few days after to make sure all was well. I appreciate zac and Goodman. Price of the job was fair. I know this because I got 4 other estimates. If you want great work at a FAIR price, these are your guys.

I initially called about fixing a toilet that kept running. The one piece toilet I had wasn't a quick fix nor is it something I could attempt to change the parts on. Zac (the plumber) showed up and had an answer for every question. He had a solution for every problem I had. He warned me before touching anything what could happen once we started touching things. Exactly what he said could happen, happened. Went to shut off the valve for the toilet, didn't work. Went to pull the toilet, the flange was completely disintegrated. Zac worked promptly and by himself. He installed a new toilet, a valve, and a new cast iron flange. I'm really happy with the entire situation and who Goodman sent out to to the job. I will be asking for zac specifically in the future as I know what I'm getting from him. 10/10, 5 stars, will call again and recommend. I do not ever leave reviews and literally went out of my way to leave this one because I think it's important for people to know they will be taken care of if Goodman sends out zac the plumber to their home.

I needed a major job done and they came in significantly lower on their quote than another company. The job was well staffed and arrived before 8am. They had 2 teams working simultaneously in the basement and outside to replace my entire sewer line. They restored my water the same day and cleaned up well. They came back the next day and cemented the entire length of my basement. They didn’t have to, but were super kind in hooking my utility sink and washer back up and made sure it worked. They were pleasant and worked well with each other and it felt like they wanted to be there which makes the whole experience a lot easier. Additional plus is they accept credit card payments.

Goodman is my go to plumber. They ran new water and sewer to my subdivided carriage house 3 years ago. A big job that was done well. Today they at no charge repaired a bad washer in the meter pit(which really was the responsibility of the water company but would have been garden to get them out timely). I appreciate them. With it getting cold now the water running down the driveway would have caused a safety hazard if I waited for the water dept. I am a realtor and often refer them to clients who have plumbing needs.

I’ve used them for everything since I purchased my home about 5 years ago, both for HVAC and Plumbing issues. they have always been great with customer service, speed and price. My pipes froze at 6am on a Sunday, so I called…obviously super busy and then I called back with a general question 2 hours later. Whoever called me back was excellent. He gave me great tips on how to handle the issue which he didn’t have to do.

In less than a week Goodman Plumbers converted our out-of-date leaky tub/shower to a new walk-in shower. This was an excellent experience. Joe and Silvio, the plumbers, completed the old tub/shower demolition in a day. Their work was neat and they left the house very clean. They returned for two days to rough in the plumbing, create the wooden support floor for the shower, wooden backing for the grab bars and fold down seat and install the shower basin. Brian, their tile guy, did beautiful tile work. Joe and Silvio retuned to install the fixtures. All were expert, efficient and professional. We couldn’t be happier with our gleaming new walk-in shower. We would highly recommend Goodman again.

Nick is the best! Our hot water heater needed replaced. I sent a service request on Saturday night, and by Sunday morning Nick was here working. He did a fantastic job, clearly a has a ton of experience. Even let me hang out and bug him while he worked. Fair price, lightning fast service, and a knowledgeable friendly expert. THANK YOU.

Had a great experience here when I had to get my water heater replaced recently. I sent an appointment request at 4am Saturday morning and they were calling me by 8:45am to say they were on their way. Really nice respectful technician, didn’t make me feel pushed into doing anything. I did go ahead with replacing the unit and was impressed that they were able to find me one right away (and on a Saturday no less). Pricing felt reasonable and the whole experience was very smooth and stress-free. I’ll be calling them for my future plumbing needs for sure!

Thank you Goodman Plumbing for the extra fast service, quality work, and kindness of your technicians. Small electrical fire on hot water heater from a leak. One call to Goodman had a tech to our home in about an hour and new water heater by noon the next day. Not even 24 hours without hot water. Thanks again for the excellent service!!!
