Shout out to Zack with Grapple Plumbing. Great service. Zach was thorough and answered all my questions and concerns. He even came back by late in the day to make sure everything was working properly! I definitely would recommend Grapple Plumbing for any plumbing needs you may have for your home. Also, there prices were very competitive and reasonable.

Zack was brilliant! I had three hot water circulators installed ( long story ). Couldn’t get any to work correctly. Zach looked at them and figured out the issue, uninstalled a couple, and I had hot water and cold water just as expected!! The original issue was the pilot light on the water heater that was corrected in a few minutes 🤷‍♀️. They’ve also done my water heater and softener installations at different times. Excellent service, on the spot, on time!! Here’s a good one. I called Kris about 4ish I think it was. He said OK hang on. I’ll call you right back.. He had just Released Zach for the day and when I called, he immediately called him and said hold up hold up. We got more work.!! Zach was here in 15 minutes

We had a great experience with Grapple Plumbing! Zack was fabulous from start to finish. I learned (a little later than I would have liked!) that water heater life expectancy has shortened considerably in recent years — no longer 12–15 years, but more like 5–7 years. To help extend the life, it’s smart to get an annual flush and check/replace the anode rod if needed. So, we hired Grapple Plumbing to handle this service. When I booked the appointment, Zack gave me a clear, reasonable pre-quote. He arrived exactly on time, and since our water heater is 7 years old and had never been serviced, I wasn’t sure he’d be able to get the old anode rod out. But Zack came with a “can do” attitude and got it done! Beyond the excellent service, he was a delight to have in our home. He listened patiently while my elderly mom (who goes by “Trouble”) shared some of her stories, and even jumped in with a few of his own. It felt like talking with a friend, not just a plumber. The next time we need plumbing help, Grapple Plumbing will be the first call we make. Highly recommend!
